Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump is doing everything to woo voters. He recently interacted with a cheery Indian customer who praised his gesture. Trump was behind the counter at McDonald’s, serving an Indian customer, and the internet could not stop talking about this rapturous encounter.
McDonald’s, one of the most iconic American companies, has been pulled into the middle of the US presidential elections by Trump. The former US president was campaigning in Keystone State when he stopped at the fast-food chain’s Feasterville, Pennsylvania franchise on Sunday.

He then swapped his suit jacket for an apron to work as a fry attendant and handed customers food through the restaurant’s drive-thru window.
Trump also cooked several batches of French fries under the tutelage of employees at the fast food outlet and said that he wanted to do this all his life. He also took a jibe at his opponent Kamala Harris, saying that he worked 15 minutes more than Kamala at the fast-food joint.
A video of the interaction was posted by a user, the Hodge Twins, and was captioned,
“All Americans love Trump.”
However, most netizens made fun of the interactions, and one user even questioned if Donald Trump understood what the Indian was saying. Another user reminded the netizens that Trump plans to deport all migrants from America.
Interestingly, manning the fry machine was also the same job which Vice President Kamala Harris has said she held as a young woman. The story was loudly touted as proof of the middle-class origin of the current Democratic Party’s presidential nominee.
Harris has repeatedly said that she worked at the McDonald’s fast-food chain during her college years in California in the 1980s. However, Trump has always claimed that Harris has never worked at McDonald’s.
“It was a big part of her resume that she worked at McDonald’s — how tough a job it was. She made the French fries, and she talked about the heat: ‘It was so tough.’ She’s never worked at McDonald’s.”
A reporter mischievously asked Trump what message he had for Harris on her 60th birthday on Sunday, and to this Trump replied,
“I would say, ‘Happy Birthday, Kamala. I think I’ll get her some flowers’”.
Pointing to the large crowd which had gathered outside the outlet located in Bucks County, Trump stated that they were happy because they had hope and needed hope.
The area is important because it is a crucial swing voter region.
Referring to Harris’s claims that she had worked with the frying machine, he said he would like to work as a fry cook and would like to see how it is.
