Dubbed the Passport to the Holidays collection, Yankee Candle praised the six new offerings, noting it “allows people to experience the magic of holiday traditions around the world,” per a Monday press release.
Nick Virginio, senior director of brand management at Yankee Candle, emphasized the company’s connection to this time of year.
“Yankee Candle’s fragrances have become synonymous with the holiday season,” he noted in the release.
“Inspired by holiday traditions from around the world, the Passport to the Holidays collection brings the luxury of travel to our consumers’ homes.”
COLLECT THEM ALL
The first of the six, which all include a wax blend and select fragrance oils, is the Big Apple Christmas.
As if the name didn’t give it away, the candle is inspired by New York City during the holiday season.
It features “scents of fresh apples, festive spices, and melted sugarcane,” per the release.
Second is the Parisian Holiday Brunch, adapted to reflect the sensory experience of a Parisian bakery.
There are hints of fig, brown sugar, raspberry preserves, and buttered croissants.
Next is the London Christmas Tea, a particularly British-themed candle with ginger, black tea, and cinnamon woods for “the charm of afternoon tea in London.”
Fourth up is the ‘Tis the Sea-Sun in Sydney, which gives off the scent of Australian beaches.
Yankee Candle customers will likely smell bits of tropical nectars, orange blossoms, sunscreen, and sandy wood.
The last two to round out the Passport to Holidays collection are the Munich Christmas Market and North Pole Hideaway.
Munich Christmas Market is only available in-store at Yankee Candle locations as opposed to the other five, which are also offered online.
From the sweet scents of buttery croissants to the crisp freshness of icy air, these fragrances transport people to the holiday getaways of their dreams.

The scents for the candle include “aromas of crisp cookies, orange zest, star anise, and rich dark chocolate,” according to the release.
North Pole Hideaway perfectly encapsulates the environment around Santa’s workshop with hints of arctic mint, snow powder, and icy air.
The entire Passport to the Holidays Collection can be found at Yankee Candle’s retail locations, with tumblers starting at $12.99 and large jars for $30.99.
Aside from Munich Christmas Market, the candles can also be found on Yankee Candle’s website and at other partner retailers, including Kohl’s, Meijer, Target, and Walmart.
MORE THE MERRIER
It doesn’t stop there for Yankee Candle fans.
The company also confirmed in Monday’s release that another six-candle Apres Ski collection is also available exclusively at Yankee Candle stores and on its website for the same price points.
It includes Holiday Winterfest, Santa on Skis, Slopeside Spritz, Vanilla Flurries, Summit Stargazing, and Fresh Powder.
More details on what goes into those candles can be found in the press release or on Yankee Candle’s website.
Apres Ski and Passport to the Holidays are part of a collective “Scent You’ve Been Seeking” campaign for the brand, which “amplifies how fragrance can effortlessly bring joy, serenity, and warmth into any space.”
