Katie, 46, put on a bold display as she stunned in a skeleton clad bodysuit at the Kiss Haunted House party.
She sported a half painted day of the dead themed look which covered the results of her £10k facelift.
However her outfit contained a plunging neckline as her huge assets were on display.
But instead of her usual pout, Katie flashed her veneers as she beamed from ear to ear when she stood with two of her children.
Former Married At First Sight UK star JJ Slater smiled right alongside the former My Mucky Mansion personality.
His face and chest were painted red as he channelled the devil with a pair of horns that were fixed onto his head.
However, Junior Andre, 19, also opted for a similar devil look as his pace was also painted in the dark burgundy colour.
He opted for a bright red suit with sequin panels on his date night with girlfriend Jasmine Orr, 24.
Meanwhile, Princess Andre, 17, also attended the event with members of her famous family.
She enjoyed the company of her boyfriend in a black ensemble and a striking red jacket.
Like her mother, her face was also partially covered, but she opted for a scary Pennywise clown style.
Katie captioned the post: “Happy Halloween everyone,” along with a ghost and a black heart emoji.
Her fans flooded the comments section with praise for the former Loose Women star and her family.

2021 – In a complete body overhaul, she opts for eye and lip lifts, liposuction under her chin, fat injected into her bum and full body liposuction
2022 – Katie undergoes another brow and eye lift-and undergoes ‘biggest ever’ boob job in Belgium, her 16th in total
2023 – Opting for a second rhinoplasty, Katie also gets a lip lift at the same time as well as new lip filler throughout the year
