THE latest addition to Amazon’s tiny home range is a FOLDABLE two-bedroom pad.
The $12,999 property is a pre-built portable container home made from a foldable steel frame.

It is complete with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen.
And although it’s not suitable for children and is recommended as adult living only, it’s suitable for pet owners.
It is available to buy on Amazon and can be shipped to you as soon as December 18.

“Designed with two cozy bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a private bathroom, this compact yet spacious home is crafted for modern, sustainable living.
“Made from durable, weather-resistant materials, it’s ideal for year-round use.
“Easy to set up and transport, this tiny home suits a range of needs – whether as a guest house, vacation rental, or primary residence.

The home weighs 4,500lb and measures at just over two and a half metres tall.
It has modern alloy doors for both security and aesthetic appeal, which are 80 inches tall and 32 inches wide.

What is a tiny home?
Technically, a tiny home is any house measuring under 400 square feet.
Many tiny homes are built on trailers so they can be towed anywhere, and some are converted from old school buses or vans.
Each state has its own rules about tiny homes, but, generally, they are not subject to the same taxes as regular homes.
However, Alaska, Iowa, Louisiana, North Dakota, New Jersey, New York, Wisconsin, and West Virginia have made tiny homes illegal as permanent dwellings.
