£6k jaw lipo & £50k on Botox – how Kim Kardashian spends ‘more than most people’s salaries’ on tweakments every month

KIM Kardashian’s ever-changing look has always been a topic of discussion, with fans constantly speculating about her beauty secrets.

Over the years, her appearance has evolved dramatically, and recently, people have noticed some fresh tweaks.

But fans have called the billionaire out for her drastic change in appearance[/caption]

After attending her SKIMS launch with a broken foot – yet still rocking heels – the 44-year-old seemed to have a slightly different look, sparking online chatter.

One fan on X (formerly Twitter) commented, “Kimmy went wild on her lips, they’re massive, but it looks cool,” while another suggested, “She had bangs in her face, made her look like a different person.”

A third fan added, “She was sweating from pushing that darn scooter around all night, so honey had a flushed look, she was dewy.”

So to get the lowdown on Kim’s likely beauty secrets, we chatted with celebrity cosmetic surgeons about the treatments she may have had done.

From fillers to laser lifts, Kim’s high-end beauty procedures don’t come cheap.

It’s been estimated that she’s spent over £50,000 on Botox and fillers alone.

Leading surgeon Mark Solomos said: “It seems that Kim Kardashian has been having Botox for the last 20 years and to date, has probably spent over £50,000 on Botox and fillers alone.

“Her frequent skin treatments per month would probably cost most people’s monthly salaries as she will also have bespoke skin products made for her.

“Not including hair extensions, blow-drys, makeup artists, her overall maintenance is likely adding up to over a million dollars a year.”

Contouring & Fillers

Dr Aamer Khan, co-founder of the Harley Street Skin Clinic, believes Kim’s latest look makes her appear more youthful and refined.

“It seems as though her lower face shape has altered, which could be attributed to procedures such as jawline micro-liposuction, and I would suggest that she may have had cheek and lip fillers,” he says.

Micro-liposuction, which removes small fat deposits around the jawline, typically costs between £3,000 and £6,000 in the UK.

For cheek fillers, the price can range from £400 to £800 per syringe, with most people needing 1-3 syringes.

Dr Aamer adds: “Kim may also have had fat transfer to her cheeks and lips, which lasts longer and costs £2,000 to £5,000.”

Natural Facelift

Kim has denied any major fillers, only admitting to some Botox.

However, she has confessed to trying the Morpheus 8 treatment, which helps lift and tighten the skin.

Dr Raj Arora of FaceBible Clinic explains: “If you compare her photos from when she was younger to now, there are barely any signs of ageing, and normally in this situation, you would see some kind of invasive procedure taking place.

“Now, it probably is not the case that she’s had a full facelift as she didn’t have much jowling or lower face laxity, but you can see a clear upper lifting to her brows and forehead area.”

Dr Raj continues: “I think that would probably have been achieved by having had an upper facelift, such as a forehead brow lift, also known as a ponytail lift to the upper third of the face.

“If she’s had Morpheus 8, it might have been on top of whatever she’s had done prior to this.

“For example, she might have had a surgical lift to the upper third of the face and then she may have had Morpheus 8 to help with extra tightening and resurfacing of the skin.

“This can also help with texture, fine lines, wrinkles and large pores.”

Such treatments can cost £6,000 to £10,000 in the UK.

Facials & Skincare

Kim’s beauty routine is believed to involve high-end facials and regular skincare treatments.

Dr Natasha Berridge from The Door W4 noted that Kim has trialled salmon sperm DNA facials, a treatment that boosts collagen and improves skin elasticity.

“Kim has famously opened up about trialling salmon sperm DNA facials – otherwise known as polynucleotides, a polymerised gel formulation that stimulates fibroblasts within the skin’s connective tissue matrix to boost collagen production, improve elasticity and increase hydration,” Dr Berridge explains.

These facials start at £550 per session, with a recommended three sessions for the best results.

“The overall resultant bio-revitalisation effect is to help reduce lower eyelid puffiness, fine lines, wrinkles and volume loss,” Dr Berridge adds.

Kim’s daily skincare likely includes gentle exfoliating face wash, a vitamin C product, a retinol-based cream at night, and daily SPF 50.

Regular facials or light chemical peels for skin texture and pigmentation might also be part of her routine, helping maintain that glowing complexion, according to Dr Natasha.

Kim Kardashian’s lifestyle

BEYOND cosmetic treatments, it’s worth noting that Kim’s commitment to diet, fitness, and overall wellness has significantly contributed to her appearance.

Dr Bali, head surgeon at Phoenix Aesthetics, explains: “Healthy lifestyle habits work hand-in-hand with aesthetic treatments to achieve optimal results.

“Kim’s dedication to her fitness and wellness routine is a key part of the equation.”

Dr Bali also emphasises that Kim’s enhancements are subtle, stating, “The work Kim may have had done appears subtle and well-executed, enhancing her natural features without overdoing it – something I always recommend to my clients.”
