Querubin, shear line to bring heavy rains over Visayas, Mindanao

Tropical depression Querubin and the shear Line could bring heavy or intense rainfall over several areas in Visayas and Mindanao Wednesday, even those far from the projected path of the tropical depression, weather bureau PAGASA said.
