The Dolphins aren’t having the season the likely expected to have in 2024.

Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa missed four and a half games with a concussion and the team sits at 6-8 on the season.

The team is likely out of playoff contention, and some of the stars of the team might be upset with the direction of the franchise.

It is possible that Hill might be one of those players upset with the team, as he shared this short message on X:

“It’s time for me to go coach,” he wrote.

Those seven words sent Dolphins fans into a frenzy with many believing it was his way of hinting at an exit from the team.

“What the hell is this? Why are you doing this publicly?” one fan said.

“He don’t wanna play with Tua no more,” another fan said.

“You’re always welcome back here in KC!” a third fan said.

“Giving up on the team that quick?” a fourth fan said.

“You announcing your retirement?” a fifth fan said.

It would take a trade or retirement to get Hill out of Miami, as he is under contract for the next two seasons with the Dolphins.

While he isn’t having his best season in 2024, the last two years were the best seasons of his career, and he has publicly expressed a desire to remain with the team.

The Dolphins certainly have some work to do this offseason to get the team back into winning ways, but Hill will likely be on the roster for it.

Hill seems to know that as well, as he recognized the massive amounts of attention his post got on Wednesday.

NFL on Netflix

Netflix will be the global home of the NFL on Christmas Day this year.

The streaming service will show two special holiday games live around the world.

Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs kick off the double header against the Pittsburgh Steelers at 1 pm ET.

And they’ll be followed by the Baltimore Ravens at the Houston Texans from 4.30 pm ET.

That game will also feature a halftime show from Beyonce in her home town of Houston, Texas.

Netflix also confirmed their broadcast team for the day, led by Fox NFL commentator Greg Olsen and former Good Morning Football host Kay Adams.

“Tweet blew more than I expected,” he wrote.

“Got yall exactly how I want.”

The Dolphins have three games left this season and can still finish with an above-.500 record, but they would have to win out.

They play games against the San Francisco 49ers, Cleveland Browns, and New York Jets to finish the season.

It is unlikely, but possible that the Dolphins could make the playoffs with a 9-8 record.
