Jay-Z’s ‘son’ supports rape accuser & warns how rapper ‘bullied, lied & abused court processes’ in his paternity case

THE man who believes he may be the son of Jay-Z – allegedly conceived when his mom was just 16 – has offered his support to the rap mogul’s rape accuser.

And he has warned the unidentified female – who accused Jay Z and Diddy in a lawsuit of taking it in turns to rape her when she was just 13 – about the “bullying” tactics his family has faced in their legal battle with the rap mogul – real name Shawn Carter.

Rymir Satterthwaite, his now deceased mom, Wanda, and his godmother, Dr. Lillie Coley, have been embroiled in a legal battle with Jay Z since 2010 when they first went to court to request a paternity test.

Wanda claimed before her death that she had unprotected sex with Jay-Z – then known as “Rock” – when she was age 16 in New York at a party in 1992.

Rymir and Lillie filed a lawsuit last month against the judges and court system who have dealt with their request over 14 years – alleging they “conspired” with Jay Z to have their cases wrongly dismissed.

They also claim in the suit that they have been followed, had their car shot at, and had “illegal liens” put on their home since they started the case – and the whole saga has cost them a total of $100,000.

UNDERAGE CLAIMS

The pair believe Jay-Z has always been reluctant to take a DNA test – because Rymir’s mother was underage at the time they allegedly had sex.

Rymir told The U.S. Sun he was shocked when he read the new rape allegations against Jay-Z – which the star has vehemently denied – but if they turn out to be true, “he will get what he deserves.”

He told how he had been on the receiving end of “bullying” tactics from Jay-Z and his team during his legal battle with him – and he offered the following advice to the female accuser.

“You know, we’re standing behind anybody that’s getting bullied,” Rymir said.

“You know, we’re a helping hand, always, we’ll help anything she needs from our side, or our team, we’re there for her.

‘DON’T GIVE UP’

“We’ve been going through a fight with lawyers and these judges and high celebrity cases and stuff for years, so I can tell you it’s been a fight, but don’t give up,” Rymir added.

“You know, a fight is always going to be a fight.

“You don’t always win a fight, but you always get up and try again, and you know it’s not the end of the world.”

Rymir says he and his family have been placed under years of bullying and stress due to the legal case against Jay-Z.

He says that he had his car shot at in 2017, shortly after he filed a complaint with authorities that Jay Z’s legal team had allegedly lied in court.

“You don’t always win a fight, but you always get up and try again

Rymir and Lillie also allege they have been followed around their neighborhood and had people drive on their lawn at 4am in the morning.

In the lawsuit, he and Lillie speculate that Jay Z and his legal team may be to blame for the acts – although nothing has been proven.

“You know, I wouldn’t know [if Jay-Z’s team were to blame], honestly, but I would say that never happened to me before,” Rymir said.

“And if this is all random since we’ve been in this case, there’s been a lot happening…

“I don’t know who did the shooting or who it was. It was a random car, so for me to sit there and try to create something and just say it was that person, I couldn’t.

“But, for sure, I can say it never happened to me before – these pop-ups at my houses and these random shootings, and all that, until
we’ve been going through this.”

‘PUSHED OUT AND SILENCED’

They both hit out at the courts and Jay-Z – alleging in the court filing that six separate judges “conspired with party Carter who continued to misrepresent … that he did not have property in New Jersey” and, therefore, the court had no jurisdiction over him.

Lillie and Rymir believe they have been denied their “constitutional rights” and prevented from arguing their case in court.

“For me, it’s egregious, because the fact that we have to even do this to get fair due process to get in the court,” Lillie said.

“[We] never had a trial, never had a hearing, never had a day in court.
Everything was bumped out and pushed out and silenced.

“And this is why we’re fighting because it’s more about constitutional rights.

“But at the end of the day, they fought this case illegally and dirty. Mr. Carter misrepresented his property holdings in the State of New Jersey which got us here.”

‘ILLEGAL LIENS’

Rymir and Lillie were ordered to pay almost $15,000 in legal fees to Jay-Z in 2022 – which caused what they describe in the latest court filing as “illegal liens” to be placed on their New Jersey home.

They say they were unaware of the liens on the property until Lillie tried to sell her home in December 2023 – and are still having money taken from them by Carter.

“The liens represented something,” Lillie said.

“They were trying to change the narrative and also to bully me into dropping the case.”

Jay-Z’s full statement following rape allegations

“My lawyer received a blackmail attempt, called a demand letter, from a “lawyer”… What he had calculated was the nature of these allegations and the public scrutiny would make me want to settle.

No sir, it had the opposite effect! It made me want to expose you for the fraud you are in a VERY public fashion. So no, I will not give you ONE RED PENNY!!

These allegations are so heinous in nature that I implore you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one!! Whomever would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked away, would you not agree?

These alleged victims would deserve real justice if that were the case.

This lawyer, who I have done a bit of research on, seems to have a pattern of these type of theatrics!

I have no idea how you have come to be such a deplorable human Mr. [X], but I promise you I have seen your kind many times over. I’m more than prepared to deal with your type. You claim to be a marine?! Marines are known for their valor, you have neither honor nor dignity.

My only heartbreak is for my family. My wife and I will have to sit our children down, one of whom is at the age where her friends will surely see the press and ask questions about the nature of these claims, and explain the cruelty and greed of people. I mourn yet another loss of innocence. Children should not have to endure such at their young age. It is unfair to have to try to understand inexplicable degrees of malice meant to destroy families and human spirit.

My heart and support goes out to true victims in the world, who have to watch how their life story is dressed in costume for profitability by this ambulance chaser in a cheap suit.

You have made a terrible error in judgement thinking that all “celebrities” are the same. I’m not from your world. I’m a young man who made it out of the project of Brooklyn. We don’t play these types of games. We have very strict codes and honor. We protect children, you seem to exploit people for personal gain. Only your network of conspiracy theorists, fake physics, will believe the idiotic claims you have levied against me that, if not for the seriousness surrounding harm to kids, would be laughable.

I look forward to showing you just how different I am.”

Rymir says he is angry about what he and his family have been put through at the hands of the courts and Jay Z’s legal team.

“They do what they want and yeah, we’re all angry, everyone that been supporting me [is],” he said.

“We honestly all angry because.. the rich get to do what they want.

“But we really need to change. And that’s why I’m asking everybody. We just need to all fight for what is right.”

Rymir says the case has now gone “way beyond” a paternity claim, although he would still like to find out who his father is.

“Right now, I feel like I got a bigger fight,” he said.

“You know, this is part of my life, so I won’t stop fighting for the paternity or anything else, you know, whatever I put my mind to, I fully go and I chase.

“So I can go in the courtroom and get the fair due process to get the truth. And get treated like everyone else … I’m not asking for much …. I’m just asking them guys to do their job. And what’s so hard about that?

“It’s been a lot going on… I don’t really try to look at none of the negative.

“I can’t be scared of anything or afraid of anything, I got a family to take care of, and I got a lot of people that’s looking up to me.

“So you know, I just think about my mom a lot, so she’d be with me a lot.

“So that’s my angel right there. So I move through the day with a lot of love, and even with the negative that’s going on, I tend to block it out.”

Rymir and Lillie hope they will win the case and help make sure those who come after them will receive fair treatment in court – no matter how rich or powerful their opponents are.

“We just want the truth,” he said. “You guys have gone and dragged this out for years and years; you haven’t been giving us fair due process.

“What was the reason? Can you guys explain? You guys caused us harm; you caused this stress.

“We never been trying to hurt anyone…we only came in here to find out the truth.”

The Sun has reached out to representatives for Jay-Z for comment.

The New Jersey Judiciary Office said they do not comment on “pending litigation.”
