She had fried her hair a few years ago but her routine solved the problem[/caption]

She said: “This is how to fix your hair health inexpensively and overnight.

“These are my credentials – there’s only a year and a half between these two photos, I fried all of my hair off two years ago.”

She showed her hair from two years ago which was super thin and dry from bleach and heated tools.

Now her hair was bouncy, shiny and much thicker – and she put it all down to her weekly routine.

The hair whizz revealed she would do this once a week the evening before she washed her hair.

Ashley started by applying rosemary oil liberally to her scalp and massaging it in – this also promotes blood flow to increase new hair follicles.

Once her scalp is saturated in oil, she takes a spray bottle of water and dampens the end of her hair before applying a hair mask.

“Whether you have thinning hair, damaged hair, or hair that doesn’t grow, I swear this saved all of my hair problems,” she added.

Once done, she recommends braiding the hair and sleeping with the products overnight to make sure they fully absorbed.

“That’s the technique that saved my hair, it’s so cheap and so easy to do,” Ashley explained.

She used the Mielle rosemary oil on her hair which you can purchase for just £8 from Holland & Barrett.

The clip went viral with 212k views on her TikTok @ashley.paiige account and people thanked her for the hacks.

One person wrote: “Love this oil!! Need to get me a good hair mask!”

Another commented: “Thank you!!! I love when you show us drug store products.”

Hair loss tips

We can lose between 50 and 100 hairs a day, according to the NHS.

It is not usually something to worry about, but occasional it can be a sign of a medical concern.

These include illness, stress, cancer treatment, weight loss and iron deficiency.

The NHS advises to book an appointment with your GP to see if you can get to the cause of it.

Experts at American Academy of Dermatology Association also recommend to eat healthy, limit curling irons and only use them for special occasions.

They also recommend using a gentle shampoo, and make use of leave-in conditioners.

“How often? Before every wash?” penned a third.

Meanwhile a fourth said: “I started doing this and have seen huge improvement in my hair.”

“Thank you for being so real & helpful!! You’re a gem,” claimed a fifth.

Someone else added: “Oh I gotta try.”
