Cops said the armed suspects confronted Aguilar and his wife, Priscilla, in their driveway in September.

Aguilar, the CEO of Self Made Training Facility, was left in a critical condition following the shooting.

Three months after the shooting, he died.

He was surrounded by his loved ones when he died on Saturday, a statement shared on his Instagram said.

Los Angeles cops said the armed men demanded property from Aguilar.

The exact demands remain unknown, but TMZ reported at the time the men tried to nab Aguilar’s Rolex watch.

The outlet also claimed the men followed Aguilar to his home before an altercation unfolded outside the property.

Aguilar was also said to be armed at the time but didn’t fire any shots.

The other three suspects were arrested in northern California on October 10.

They have been identified as Jason Malera, Daymonee Johnson, and Mahki Taylor.

They were also charged with attempted second-degree robbery and two counts of assault with a semiautomatic gun.

Taylor was also hit with an attempted murder charge.

Cops warned at the time the trio could face life in prison if convicted.

George Gascon, the Los Angeles District Attorney General at the time, described the attack as “brazen.”

“This brazen attack is a grim reminder of the dangers posed by follow-home robberies, a disturbing trend that we are committed to cracking down on with the full force of the law,” he said.

Meanwhile, Priscilla, a celebrity extensionist in Los Angeles, has not yet commented on her husband’s death.
