Cloudy skies, scattered rains expected in some parts of PH this weekend

The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) is expected to bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms to the Bicol Region, Mimaropa, Visayas, and Mindanao, state weather bureau Pagasa announced Friday.
