Investigation discoverythe true crime network behind the bombshell docuseries Silent on Set: The Dark Side of Kids TVhave teased The case of Diddya four-parter that digs into the life of Sean “Diddy” Combs while he’s in prison on sex-trafficking and extortion charges.
The documentary series, which is broadcast over two nights, on January 27 and 28 at 9 p.m., promises to investigate allegations of sexual abuse, abusive behavior and violence from Rodney “Lil Rod” Jonesa former producer for Combs who claims the mogul sexually harassed him; Thalia Graves, a woman who claims Diddy raped her in 2001, before threatening her into silence; and earlier Vibe the magazine’s editor-in-chief Daniel Smith, which speaks of alleged violent behavior towards her.
There are also interviews in the ID and Max series from a former personal driver, a former chef, an early publicist and makeup artist Mylah Morales, who says she witnessed Combs’ abuse of singer and ex-girlfriend Cassie, also known as Casandra Ventura . The trailer includes an excerpt of harrowing footage from March 5, 2016, which CNN released, there Combs is seen attacking Ventura in a Los Angeles hotel hallway, kicked and pushed her, then dragged her by her shirt before throwing an object at her.
The docu-series will also feature an interview with Natania Griffin, a victim of the infamous 1999 New York City nightclub shooting with Combs. At one point in the teaser, an unlit young woman sits down in a chair, apparently for her own interview, while a voiceover says, “The truth will always find its way, even in the dark.”
ID told THR it is not revealing the identity of the young woman at this time.
Peacock will also debut its own 90-minute streaming documentary, Diddy: The Making of a Bad Boy, on January 14.
The Fall of Diddy docuseries from Maxine Productions, who also produced Silent on Set for ID, looking at Sean Combs from his college days at Howard University and the start of his career with Bad Boy Recordswhere he allegedly displayed violence and temper, leading up to his transformation into Puffy and then Diddy, and finally his arrest and mug shot in 2024.
It’s the 55-year-old Diddy currently awaiting trial in May behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. He is also subject to more than 25 moods related to allegations of sexual harassment.
The Fall of Diddy also produced for ID by Maxine Productions, The Intellectual Property Corporation, a division of Sony Pictures Television, in association with Rolling Stone Films.
