Kidnapping of Chinese, businessmen might be POGO-related, PNP says

The spate of kidnapping of Chinese in Manila, Bulacan, and Calabarzon may be connected to the closure of Philippine Offshore Gaming Operations, according to the Philippine National Police (PNP).
