Tamworth, who are the lowest-ranked side left in the iconic competition, took Premier League giants Tottenham to extra-time in the lunchtime kick-off – but Spurs prevailed with a 3-0 win.
High-flying Newcastle had to come from behind to beat League Two Bromley 3-1 at St James’ Park.
While, Premier League outfits Ipswich and Crystal Palace cruised to routine wins over Bristol Rovers and Stockport respectively.
