TOM Brady has reportedly had plenty of say concerning the Las Vegas Raiders’ current situation, which includes vacancies at the head coach and general manager positions.
Last week, the Raiders fired Antonio Pierce and general manager Tom Telesco after a 4-13 season.

Brady, who won seven Super Bowls in the NFL, was approved as a minority owner of the Raiders in Oakland.
A recent report has confirmed that the 47-year-old has plenty of influence on the NFL franchise.
On Sunday, The Las Vegas Review-Journal reported that Raiders owner Mark Davis had “reservations” about firing the head coach Pierce and GM Telesco, but Brady “nudged” him to do it.
The New England Patriots icon “felt a total reset was needed” after the pair’s first campaign led to a disappointing record.
A former Super Bowl champion linebacker, Pierce was the Raiders’ interim coach midway in 2023 and led the franchise to a 5-4 record before being given the full-time position.
Telesco was the Los Angeles Chargers general manager for 10 years before joining the Raiders in January 2024.
The newspaper also shared that Brady will lead the team’s search for a new coach and GM.
“This is Tom’s show now,” a source told the newspaper.
Brady owns five percent of the Raiders.
A month before being given ownership, he started his NFL broadcasting career alongside Kevin Burkhardt on Fox.
In 2022, Brady signed a 10-year, $375 million deal to be the lead analyst on the network.
There have been criticisms of Brady’s two roles, with some believing there is a conflict of interest.
An example of conflict of interest will be on full display when Brady is tasked with calling the Divisional Round matchup between the Detroit Lions and Washington Commanders.
The contest will feature a head coaching candidate in Lions offensive coordinator Ben Johnson, while Brady’s co-owned team is in the middle of a head coach search.
The Raiders have also already spoken with Johnson.
They are one of six teams with coaching vacancies, including the Dallas Cowboys, Chicago Bears, New York Jets, New Orleans Saints, and Jacksonville Jaguars.
As of Monday, the Raiders have interviewed Kansas City Chiefs defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo, Lions defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn, and Detroit’s offensive coach Johnson.
The franchise will also meet with former Seattle Seahawks coach Pete Carroll.
The Las Vegas Review-Journal reported that “Davis and Brady were both involved” in the head coaching interviews.
