THE New York Jets are on a downward spiral, and new head coach Jeff Ulbrich is starting to call out his players.
Ulbrich took aim at quarterback Aaron Rodgers after yet another devastating loss.

After starting the season 2-1, the Jets have lost five games in a row and are basically out of playoff contention.
The team looks completely lost on the football field, and they lost to a 1-6 New England Patriots team that they should have beat.
During the losing streak, players and coaches have consistently commented on how the team is on the verge of breaking out or that it was just a bad day.
However, Ulbrich is flipping the switch and calling out the team for not being good enough.
“This is a moment of darkness,” Ulbrich said.
He went on to call out Rodgers specifically after an embarrassing moment late in the game.
The Jets had the ball back with seconds left in the game and were trying to get into field goal range to tie the game.
However, after one play Rodgers decided not to run up to the line and let the clock run out to lose the game.
“Every single human being out there has got to be better,” Ulbrich said.
“Aaron’s got to be better, coaches got to be better.”
Rodgers had a fine day on offense, throwing for 233 yards and two touchdowns, but his attitude has been scrutinized during his tenure with the Jets.
He hasn’t appeared to show much enthusiasm or remorse during the games, and fans are calling him out for it.
“It was indeed a bad look. AR totally looked like he gave up,” one fan said.
“Rodgers makes my top 3 most hated in the game right now,” another fan said.
“No respect for himself or his team mates horrible looking at that loser,” a third fan said.

“Rodgers and Prescott making so much money wow and they suck,” a fourth fan said.
At this point in the season, the Jets are at a point where they need to win most of their remaining games for a shot at the playoffs.
In a normal year, 10 wins is usually enough to make the playoffs. To get to that win total they would need to go 8-1 the rest of the way.
With the way the Jets have played it seems unlikely that they will reach that record.
This season will continue to raise a lot of question marks, and Rodgers’ future with the team will likely come into question soon.
