ABS-CBN, Comelec, 30 others sign covenant for peaceful, clean midterm elections

ABS-CBN, the Commission on Elections (Comelec), and other stakeholders from government, media, and civil society groups on Tuesday signed a covenant that promises the peaceful, clean, and orderly conduct of the midterm elections on May 12.
