It is fire resistant and comes equipped with 220V electrical wiring of UL standard for use of heavy-duty appliances, including AC units and solar.
Manufacturers recommend employing a team of four people, including a plumber, to assemble the tiny home.
The versatile aluminum structure can be used as a farm house, holiday cottage, guest house, or added to your backyard.
According to Elite Nest, the home is designed to promote energy efficiency, and is includes temperature regulation, sound dampening, and durability.
