The warehouse chain has confirmed all of its locations will be shut on December 25.
That means shoppers will not be able to visit the 600-plus Costco warehouses for last-minute shopping on the big day.
The retailer will shut to allow employees to spend time at home with loved ones.
However, Costco fans can grab their holiday food and gifts on Christmas Eve.
Most Costco locations will have shortened hours from 8.30am to 5pm, although hours may vary.
Is Walmart open on Christmas Day?
Walmart will close all of its stores on Christmas Day.
Shoppers looking to pick up any forgotten items on the 25th will not be able to visit one of the chain’s over 4,000 locations.
This allows their employees to enjoy the holiday with their families.
Walmart stores across the country will be open on Christmas Eve but will have an earlier closing time of 6pm.

Will Target be open on Christmas Day?
Target will close all of its stores on Christmas Day.
All of the retailer’s 1,963 stores will shut for 24 hours to celebrate the festive day.
This means people looking to get any home supplies, gifts, or food on December 25 will have to look elsewhere.
Target shoppers will be able to visit a store between 7am and 8pm on Christmas Eve.
On December 23, the store will be open until midnight for those looking to buy last-minute gifts.

Dollar Tree will close all of its stores on December 25.
The festive retail blackout continues as the budget chain joins the long list of companies giving employees a day off.
Christmas Day is the only day of the year Dollar Tree closes all of its locations.
For less organized shoppers however, it means Christmas Eve is the last possible day they can buy gifts and decorations.
Usually, stores are open from 8am until 9pm or 10pm, but because of the holidays, Dollar Tree locations may close earlier the day before Christmas, at 8pm.
Shoppers should contact their local store to confirm its operating hours.
