The genesis of this story can be traced to a selfie with Gucci Third Leg, which spawned a stir, but Sexyy Red denied the claims. She labelled these claims baseless and requested her fans to leave her alone.
Sexyy Red, whose real name is Janae Nierah Wherry, has categorically squashed these rumours and, in an Instagram post, stated,

The rapper was touted to be a part of a ‘love triangle’ with Chief Keef and King Von’s sister Kayla B. However, many people suggested that it was to promote Sexyy Red’s recent collaboration with Chief Keef.
However, Gucci Third Leg’s troubles multiplied when an OnlyFans creator alleged that the rapper had given her HSV-2, commonly called Herpes. Danae Davis, who had once partnered with Gucci Third Leg when she was 19, alleged that she contracted the infection from him.
Danae Davis also alleged that Gucci Third Leg knew that he was suffering from Herpes but knowingly infected several other industry women by not revealing it during the collaborations.
