‘Catwoman’ Jocelyn Wildenstein, 84, shows off 26+ carat yellow diamond at romantic dinner with toyboy Lloyd Klein, 57

‘CATWOMAN’ Jocelyn Wildenstein showed off her 26+ carat yellow diamond during a romantic dinner with her toyboy last night.

Jocelyn, 84, put on a glam display in a brown fur coat and black leather trousers as she dined out with her fiancé Lloyd Klein, 57, in Paris.

The socialite also wore a leopard print top and toted her essentials around in a designer handbag for the outing.

Lloyd, who she’s been engaged to since 2017, looked suave in a black jacket, bow tie and jeans.

Jocelyn shot to fame due to having extensive cosmetic surgery on her face, believed to have spent millions on facelifts, giving her high cheek bones and ‘cat-eyes’ that give her a feline resemblance.

However, she has previously denied ever having plastic surgery, or having a surgery addiction, but has vowed she won’t stop going under the knife.

In 2023, she posted a photo of herself as a teenager as “proof” she always had high features, accusing people of photoshopping her to look worse.

Jocelyn and Lloyd have been together since 2003, four years after her messy divorce from Alec Wildenstein, a French billionaire businessman and art dealer who she married in a Las Vegas elopement in 1978.

The pair were together for 21 years before their marriage came to an abrupt end when she caught him sleeping with a model in their New York home.

He later threatened her with a gun during the altercation and spent a night in jail as a result.

In the aftermath, Jocelyn set a record for divorce settlements in the US, becoming one of America’s most wealthiest woman.

She reportedly secured a £2billion divorce payment and £80million a year in maintenance – at one point owning three apartments in Trump Tower.

Jocelyn claimed to Vanity Fair that her high cheekbones and feline like features were actually due to genetics from her Swiss grandmother, though acknowledged having a facelift to appear younger for her then husband.

But in the same interview, conducted in 1998, her ex-husband Alec claimed she was “rearranging her face like a piece of furniture”.

She met Lloyd in 2003 at New York Fashion Week, and they got engaged in 2017, but are yet to walk down the aisle, after postponing their originally planned 2018 marriage.

The fashion designer proposed with a 32 carat ring which he claims is worth “millions” and requires security guards when she’s not wearing it.

However, their relationship hasn’t always run smoothly, with Jocleyn getting arrested and her mugshot released in December 2016 after she reportedly ‘slashed Klein with scissors’.

However, the charges were later dropped with no further investigation, and he proposed just months later.

Flight compensation rules

A look at your rights if a flight is delayed or cancelled, when your entitled to compensation and if your travel insurance can cover the costs.

What are my rights if my flight is cancelled or delayed?

Under UK law, airlines have to provide compensation if your flight arrives at its destination more than three hours late.

If you’re flying to or from the UK, your airline must let you choose a refund or an alternative flight.

You will be able to get your money back for the part of your ticket that you haven’t used yet.

So if you booked a return flight and the outbound leg is cancelled, you can get the full cost of the return ticket refunded.

But if travelling is essential, then your airline has to find you an alternative flight. This could even be with another airline.

When am I not entitled to compensation?

The airline doesn’t have to give you a refund if the flight was cancelled due to reasons beyond their control, such as extreme weather.

Disruptions caused by things like extreme weather, airport or air traffic control employee strikes or other ‘extraordinary circumstances’ are not eligible for compensation.

Some airlines may stretch the definition of “extraordinary circumstances” but you can challenge them through the aviation regulator the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).

Will my insurance cover me if my flight is cancelled?

If you can’t claim compensation directly through the airline, your travel insurance may refund you.

Policies vary so you should check the small print, but a delay of eight to 12 hours will normally mean you qualify for some money from your insurer.

Remember to get written confirmation of your delay from the airport as your insurer will need proof.

If your flight is cancelled entirely, you’re unlikely to be covered by your insurance.
