I’m building my own TESLA using scrap taped & welded together – it’s fully-functional & looks JUST like a Cybertruck

A TESLA fan worked tirelessly for five nights to build his very own version of the US brand’s controversial Cybertruck, and now says that he has the only one in his country.

Costing just £500 ($700), the man managed to make a life-like rendition of the innovative electric car, which has stirred up a storm on social media.

Rauno Martsoo, 45, from Estonia, said: “From watching Tesla Cybertruck videos on TikTok and in my country there where no Cybertrucks so I created my own.

“It took me five evenings to build, it’s the only one in my country.

“It cost me $700 to make.”

The unusual-looking car uses a 1991 Lada motor underneath the homemade Tesla body, meaning he’s even able to drive his new creation.

Rauno posted his creation on TikTok, and it’s since gathered over 8.5 million views.

One user wrote: “I would buy this…”

Another said: “It looks better than the real ones.”

A third commented: “How do we place an order?”

This comes after the first Tesla Cybertruck went up for sale in the UK in July this year.

An imported silver 2024 version of the futuristic vehicle is on sale on Autotrader for £145,995 – making it the first version to be offered to UK buyers.

It means they can enjoy armoured-glass and a faster 0-60mph time than a McLaren or Lamborghini.

But experts say Elon Musk’s electric pick-up may fail British safety regulations because of its angular design – and vast weight.

UK regulations state the front end of a vehicle must be designed to protect pedestrians in the event of a collision.

This means cars must have crumple zones, not extend more than 3.05 metres beyond the forward-most axle and must not be sharp or angular with protruding parts that could cause injury.

Indeed, Musk’s “indestructible” creation has endured a troubled first six months on the road following massive crashes, getting stuck, broken wheels and reports of “critical steering issues”.

Many of the blunders appear to have been caused by driver error as overzealous owners attempt to put the 7,000lbs machines through their paces off-road.

And the clips have gone viral – much to the delight of billionaire Musk’s online critics.

The massive slab-shaped vehicle has previously been dubbed “indestructible”.

Its creator unveiled the bulletproof car back in 2019 – and even then it had a difficult beginning as he smashed one of its windows.

This comes just days after the Tesla-owning billionaire unveiled a driverless robot bus EV – but fans have spotted an eerie similarity to an iconic kids’ show.

Tesla’s new Robovan can carry up to 20 people at a time and transport goods.

Tiny homes have become an affordable alternative for young people struggling to get on the property ladder.

A tiny home refers to a house measuring less than 400 square feet.

Rather than face soaring house prices, potential homeowners have been honing their DIY skills to create their own spaces.

However, Amazon shoppers won’t need any experience with a tool belt as the “perfect” two-bedroom home kit.

The fully-furnished prefab home can be assembled in just seven hours.

Designed by Elite Nest, the tiny home measures 20-feet and is fully insulated.

The pre-assembled plumbing provides hot and cold water in the kitchen and bathroom.

It is fire resistant and comes equipped with 220V electrical wiring of UL standard for use of heavy-duty appliances, including AC units and solar.

Manufacturers recommend employing a team of four people, including a plumber, to assemble the tiny home.

The versatile aluminum structure can be used as a farm house, holiday cottage, guest house, or added to your backyard.

According to Elite Nest, the home is designed to promote energy efficiency, and is includes temperature regulation, sound dampening, and durability.

The space provides a “safe, and comfortable living environment that stands the test of time.”

Once assembled, the home offers lots of natural light through the many windows.

The kitchen features white marble countertops and there are wooden floors throughout.

Altogether, the 375 square-foot open layout includes two bedrooms, one bathroom, one kitchen, and one living room.

‘It was excruciating opening up old wounds’ says Jamie Foxx ahead of new stand up special

JAMIE Foxx has revealed how ‘excruciating’ it was opening up old wounds for his upcoming one-man show for Netflix.

The 56-year-old Django Unchained actor told CBS Morning’s host Gayle King that it was the worry that had affected him most.

Gayle told the actor she had never seen a show where the audience is laughing and crying simultaneously, telling Jamie: “Only you could’ve done that”[/caption]

His stand up show for the subscription streaming giant has already been praised as a “humorous but emotional one-man show”.

Called ‘What Happened Was’, it takes a deep dive into the actor’s recent health scare.

The star was hospitalised after a ‘bad headache’ last year, with Jamie saying it had seen him go ‘to hell and back’.

Speaking to Gayle backstage after wrapping up the recording of his show in Atlanta, the Collateral actor admitted to her that it was “an excruciating time to be able to open those wounds every single day for three nights”.

He added: “Usually, when you do a stand-up special, you go out for a year and work every nook and cranny, then you tape it.

“You don’t just show up in Atlanta and turn the camera. It was excruciating because the worry is what gets you.”

“We’ve got a great show in the room, but we don’t know what they may laugh or what they may not laugh at.”

“Any comedian will tell you that’s the thing, the worry is the thing.”

Gayle is heard saying she had never seen a show where the audience is laughing and crying simultaneously, telling Jamie: “Only you could’ve done that”.

Jamie then told her his next stand-up show will consist of “knock, knock” jokes instead of having any focus on his personal life.

“It’s a personal journey, and I hope I never have to … I am never going to go through this again. My next jokes will start out, ‘Knock, knock!’” he said. “I’ll do an hour and a half of ‘Knock, knock’ jokes.”

Jamie is then seen raising a toast saying: “Let’s sit back, watch it, and build toward a newer, brighter and healthier future.”

Jamie was rushed to hospital in April 2023 after suffering what his daughter Connie had told press in a statement was a severe ‘medical complication.’

While no further details were released the scare was serious enough to place Jamie in a physical rehabilitation centre months later after the actor was left unable to walk.

Much speculation and theories circulated online with Jamie telling fans after his recovery he had been “through hell and back” and didn’t want fans to see him “with tubes running out of me”.

He admitted that his sister and his daughter “saved my life”.

Since the scare the actor has been seen in a video on TikTok discussing the health scare, saying he had a “bad headache” so he “asked my boy for an Advil”.

The actor then snaps his fingers, saying: “I was gone for 20 days. I don’t remember anything.”

Roger Goodell reveals ‘global’ NFL ambition and reaching new fans after Taylor Swift boom as he names target locations

ROGER Goodell wants the NFL to be ‘global’ and named three potential new locations to host a game.

The commissioner wants to reach new audiences after an explosion of interest this year sparked by Taylor Swift.

Taylor Swift’s presence at NFL games has led to new audiences watching football[/caption]

Goodell was speaking in London this weekend ahead of the Jacksonville Jaguars taking on the Chicago Bears.

London has hosted games since 2007 and has three this season.

NFL is also returning to Germany in 2024 for the fourth time in three years.

And there was a game in Sao Paulo, Brazil in Week 1 between the Philadelphia Eagles and Green Bay Packers.

The NFL has already confirmed a game in Madrid, Spain next year and will likely return to Mexico City after it has hosted the 2026 World Cup.

The league is reaching more fans than ever – and this year’s Super Bowl was the most watched ever in the United States.

Viewing figures were boosted by music icon Swift’s mega fan base tuning in as she cheered on Kansas City Chiefs star boyfriend Travis Kelce.

And when asked about where he would like to play a game, Goodell said, “It’s a variety of issues, we look at everything.

“The stadiums are important, but do we have a strong fan base there?

“What’s our media coverage? What are the other facilities like hotels and travel?

“Our goal is to be a global sport.

“We want our game played on a global basis and we want to bring our game to a global audience.”

Goodell revealed that Rio de Janeiro could replace Sao Paulo for the Brazil game.

He also named locations in Asia to potentially host games.

And he confirmed the NFL would be headed to Ireland soon, given the Pittsburgh Steelers’ interest.

London calling

The New York Jets and Minnesota Vikings kick off the NFL's annual run of London fixtures.

New York and Minnesota face off at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Sunday October 6 at 2.30pm local time – 9.30am ET for fans back home in America.

It is the first of three straight NFL Sundays that begin with an early game live from London.

The following week, Tottenham also plays host to the Jacksonville Jaguars against the Chicago Bears.

And on October 20, the Jags will head across town to Wembley Stadium to take on the New England Patriots.

“We’re looking at markets we’d like to be in,” Goodell said.

“I have no doubt we will be playing in Ireland.

“I don’t know if it’ll be next year but it’s coming soon.

“I know the Steelers really want to go there.”

“We’re looking at other markets in the other direction, toward Asia.

“There’s probably more interest than we can handle.”

Goodell hopes to increase the number of international games to eight very quickly.

But his ultimate goal is for 16 games to be played on the global stage.

Sao Paulo, Brazil hosted a Week 1 clash between the Philadelphia Eagles and Green Bay Packers[/caption]

That does not, as of yet, include any plans to send the Super Bowl overseas.

“If we do expand our season to 18 regular-season games, I see us going to 16 of those in international markets.

“We’ve always traditionally tried to play a Super Bowl in an NFL city.

“That was always sort of a reward for the cities that have NFL franchises.

“But things change. It wouldn’t surprise me at all if that happens one day.”

Stephen A. Smith teases ‘a lot to talk about on First Take’ after Dallas Cowboys meltdown and Bill Belichick coach links

STEPHEN A. SMITH teased there is an “awful lot to talk about” on his First Take show after the Dallas Cowboys’ embarrassing loss to the Detroit Lions.

The Cowboys were thrashed with a score of 47-9 in their own ground of AT&T Stadium on Sunday, which means they have now lost all three of their home games this season.

The humiliating loss also took place during Dallas owner Jerry Jones’ 82nd birthday.

Smith then took to social media where he started laughing maniacally before suggesting some major revelations on ESPN.

The sports presenter then said on Twitter: “Howdy, I know you saw what happened today, huh?

“Not just the victory, but a blowout. On Jerry’s birthday, by the way…

” Now, I’m not happy about that. My buddy Jerry Jones, on his 82nd birthday, shouldn’t deserve to lose like that.

“But we’ll address that another day. All I can say is, what an a*s whooping.

“Awful lot to talk about on First Take tomorrow [Monday]… By the way, I don’t know if you saw my line, my boost for this week on ESPN Bet.

“Even that was right, cause we were talking about them Cowboys. They never ever let me down.”

The Cowboys’ heavy loss has led to speculation that Jones might try to sign legendary head coach Bill Belichick.

According to FOX Sports, Belichick has a “really great relationship” with the Dallas owner’s family.

However, Jones remains “committed” to current under fire head coach Mike McCarthy.

SunSport understand that Belichick has no plans to return to the NFL after ending his stunning 23-year reign in charge of the New England Patriots in 2023.

This comes amid rumours suggesting the New York Jets have also tried to sign the 72-year-old coach.

Mum-of-two, 38, collapses and dies after being attacked by pet HAMSTER in her home

A MUM-of-two has dropped dead after being bitten by her pet hamster.

The 38-year-old collapsed outside the hospital after rushing there with her two children, aged 11 and 17.

The woman died at the hospital in Villarreal[/caption]

She was rushing to the hospital to received medical attention for the bite which happened at their home in Villarreal, Spain.

An autopsy is expected to determine if the rodent’s bite contributed to her death.

The unnamed woman, a Colombian national, fell to the ground at around 10.30pm on Friday.

Respected local paper Mediterraneo said she was heading to an A&E there after being bitten by the family rodent.

She is understood to have been just a few feet from the front door when she collapsed.

Health workers rushed out to assist her and made attempts to resuscitate her but were unable to save her life.

Police cordoned off the zone before her body was taken away.

It is not clear if the autopsy has taken place but results are not normally made public in Spain.

A local court is co-ordinating an ongoing investigation into her death.

In rare cases rabies and bacterial infections can be transmitted by a bite from an infected hamster.

Owners who are bitten are advised to wash the wound to reduce the risk of any problems.

There have been reports in the past of people with allergies being taken to hospital with serious breathing difficulties after being bitten by hamsters.

In May 2007, a man was admitted to a hospital in Redditch, Worcestershire, after reportedly going into anaphylactic shock following a bite.

Paramedic Stuart Philp was quoted after the scare, which occurred when the man’s seven-year-old daughter took it out of its cage at their home near Evesham.

He said: “It was a highly unusual situation, We got the initial call to an allergic reaction but we didn’t realise it was from a hamster until we got there.

“Calls to allergic reactions are fairly common but it’s usually wasp or bee stings or sometimes people are allergic to medication.

“When the crew went in the man was unconscious. He was still breathing but the situation was clearly life-threatening.

“He is known to be allergic to penicillin so he keeps medication in the house.

“He had adrenaline injections in the form of Epi-pens, which many allergy sufferers carry.

“He would usually have to take only one but he had taken three and they hadn’t had any effect.

“People react in different ways to different chemicals, It’s hard to say why this man reacted in this way. It’s just a case of a particular hamster and a particular man – it’s very unlucky.”

West Midlands Ambulance Service said at the time: “The man suffered a serious and severe reaction to the bite.

“If you have been identified as someone who can have severe reactions it is vital that you and your family know what to do.

“The man’s actions in administering drugs to himself may well have played an important part in his recovery.”

Wendy Barry, then-secretary of the British Hamster Association, reacted by saying: “I have kept hamsters for 20 years and I’ve never heard of this scenario in this country.

“Someone’s immune system would have to be very, very compromised for there to be such drastic consequences.

“Hamsters don’t normally carry any diseases that would affect humans. In fact, there is more chance of a hamster catching something from a human.”

The reality star won the show on October 13, 2024[/caption]

Born on December 28, 1996, Chelsie Baham is the winner of Big Brother season 26 from California.

Before becoming a reality star, she worked as a nonprofit director.

Chelsie’s Facebook profile lists her as a creative/art director for Abundant Living Family Church in Rancho Cucamonga, California.

She also played college basketball for Biola University and La Sierra University.

Big Brother champion

After 90 days in the Big Brother house, Chelsie won season 26 on October 13, 2024.

Her time on the show was often filled with drama, which included her being the victim of a devastating power shift that lost her two of her closest allies.

However, keeping her cool, she managed to turn things around and joined forces with Makensy Manbeck.

And after a final vote, Chelsie was victorious and scooped the $750 prize and the title of being a Big Brother champion.

Speaking about her big win, she said: “I was strategic, I was social, I was skillful. I won when I wanted to, not when I had to.

“If you look at my game, it’s not one-sided, it’s a diamond. If you look at it from multiple perspectives, you can say, ‘That is beautiful.'”

Chelsie went into more detail about winning Big Brother, when she spoke to Parade.

She told the outlet: “I am winning right now in so many ways. Not only have I won Big Brother, I get to see other people! I am winning right now.

Chelsie continued: “But as a fan of this show, as somebody who has respected the game so much,  it is an honor to get this far and not only survive Big Brother, but as you speak and share these stats, I did thrive.

“And that’s pretty cool.”
