The 33-year-old was last seen at around 11:25pm on Friday night in Gros islet on the island.
Jemima had been partying at the Friday Night street party and posted a picture smiling on a yacht before her mysterious disappearance.
The Brit was living on a vessel named Lola, which was moored at the Rodney Bay Marina on the north of the island.
Jemima, originally from Somerset, was wearing a brown orange trouser suit on Friday night.
A vast search has ignited with cops working “around the clock” to find the 33-year-old.
A police source said: “We are appealing for any information that revellers at the street party may have on this woman.
“She has gone missing and we need to find her and to locate her.”
The missing Brit’s latest Instagram post was an image of her beaming at the wheel of a yacht.
A local street vendor, who has spent 25 years working the famous festival, shared their shock at the young Brit’s disappearance.
They said: “People come from all over the world to celebrate and we don’t expect them to go missing.
“Everyone comes here to have a good time and to be merry.
“I hope this young lady is found soon so we don’t have to worry.
“The police have always done a good job in keeping everyone safe and protected in this town.”
Jemima owned a Somerset-based pottery business and shared her creations on Instagram and Facebook.
The 33-year-old shut her independent company, as she held a closing sale in November, ahead of going “sailing”.
