Brittany, 29, stunned in a blue figure-hugging velvet dress that showed off her baby bump.
Mahomes, 29, looked suave in a grey suit with an open-button white shirt as on the red carpet.
The annual gala is set up to support the NFL star’s charity, which aims to improve the lives of children through initiatives.
The event reportedly saw 850 people attend and raise more than $1million for charity.
Fans loved seeing the pair together as they reacted on social media.
One posted: “Love this family.”
A second wrote: “Lovely couple and more importantly a giving family.”
A third commented: “So cute together.”
A fourth said: “Two beautiful, compassionate humans.”
Another added: “I love them.”

The couple announced that they were expecting their baby in July.
Their first two children are daughter Sterling Skye, 3, and son Patrick “Bronze” Lavon, 2.
It is not the first time Brittany has shown off her baby bump.
In August, she shared a post on social media from the gym as she worked on her cardio.
The gala came just a day after the Kansas City Chiefs‘ victory over the Las Vegas Raiders.
The victory meant that Kelce’s side have won their last 13 matches in a row.
After the match, Mahomes’ team-mate Travis Kelce was spotted having a conversation with Raiders star Brock Bowers.
Their conversation was picked up on the NFL hot mic as Kelce offered the rookie ace a gift.
Three and out
Patrick and Brittany Mahomes are expecting their third child, the power couple announced.
But Chiefs quarterback Mahomes insisted there won’t be any more.
“I’m done, I’ll say that,’ he told reporters at Chiefs training camp with a smile.
“I always said three [children] and I’m done. No, it’s awesome. I always wanted to have kids young.
“I got to grow up in the locker room. I think I’ve talked about it before, and it made such an impact in my life.
“And so, I wanted to have kids young and we’re having a third kid now to join our family.”
