A LOYALTY rewards program has finally arrived for Wayfair customers this fall.
The e-commerce home goods brand introduced the offering this week, with promises of several perks.
Designated as “Wayfair Rewards,” those who become members are ensured “significant value and convenience,” per a Tuesday press release.
That includes free shipping on purchased items, exclusive sales, and other special promotional discounts.
Jon Blotner, chief commercial officer at Wayfair, noted that customers who became Wayfair Rewards members would instantly see the money-saving benefits.
“We designed Wayfair Rewards to deliver extraordinary value to our customers with meaningful perks that can be felt immediately,” Blotner noted in the release.
“Whether you’re embarking on a remodel or just looking for a new throw pillow or kitchen gadget, our diverse catalog combined with our new rewards program ensures members get exceptional savings every time you shop with us.”
The membership also works with other brands in Wayfair’s portfolio, including AllModern, Joss & Main, Birch Lane, Perigold, and more.
“We want to make it easy and affordable for people to create a home that truly reflects their style and meets their individual needs,” Blotner added.
In total, six crucial perks are offered to Wayfair Rewards members for an annual subscription fee of $29.
First and arguably most importantly, Wayfair Rewards members can get 5% back in rewards on all merchandise from each of its brands.
Those rewards also do not expire so long as the membership is kept and can be applied to future purchases for significant discounts.
Secondly, there will be exclusive sales for members.
The promotional sales will feature more significant price reductions on “products across all categories, including national brands,” per the release.
Wayfair Rewards members also get early access to other major sales events for everyone, like Way Day.
Members are also guaranteed free shipping on all merchandise, no matter the size of their order.

The last two key benefits for members include priority customer service and other undisclosed special offers, including a birthday gift.
To enroll, customers must head to Wayfair’s website, where they can also learn about the full terms and restrictions.
Black Friday shoppers should also watch out for Wayfair’s deals this year.
Wayfair is known for its offerings and had 80% off on some items last November for shoppers.
It also featured an early access pre-sale before the official start of Black Friday deals.
That will likely now be an exclusive benefit for members, given the new Wayfair Rewards loyalty program.
