Thankfully, Liz Earle, now 61, has sat down with Dr. George to discuss all things beauty – including reversing her biological age.

Speaking on the Stormcast podcast, Liz opened up about how her biological clock is 20 years younger.

Liz revealed that a couple of years ago she would have never publicly discussed being 61, due to society deeming it as old – something she didn’t identify with.

She added: “But biologically, I am actually 39.”

Liz then revealed some of her favourite tips to reverse ageing, inside and outside.

The first tip Liz gave was to ‘lighten up.’ Like most of us, Liz spent a lot of her time feeling stressed or worrying too much, which has been proven to age us.

A study published in Cell Metabolism has found that biological age increases with stress, but can return to normal levels when stress levels decrease.

She also revealed that adding protein to her diet has greatly shifted her biological age and helped her physically.

Liz, who has shifted her career to focus on overall wellness rather than skincare also said the type of exercise you do can make a massive impact.

While she spent years in the gym doing step classes and hard cardio, she has now swapped it for lifting weights and HIT exercises.

“That is doing far more for me,” she explained.

“The other thing I also didn’t really pay any attention to at all which I now really put up my priority list and that’s sleep,” Liz added.

“Sleep is a superpower.”

Not only does it help with brain function it also helps cells rejuvenate and slow down the ageing process.

Many people enjoy a drink, and while we may like it the night before it’s a different story in the morning.

While Liz says she tries not to drink, there is one tablet that can help.

Liz also swears by Liposomal glutathione, an antioxidant that can detoxify the liver she said that the first time she tried it she woke up and it was like ‘Somebody had put new batteries in my body.’

In the hit 1990 movie, which stars Macaulay Culkin as the sweet eight-year-old Kevin McCallister, a blunder has been spotted and fans are up in arms.

The movie, which is watched by millions each year when the festive season rolls around, follows Kevin when he gets accidentally left behind when his family jets off to France for the holidays.

While home alone, the seemingly empty home gets targeted by two burglars.

When the burglars target the McCallister home, Kevin does everything he can to wreak havoc on their plans.

As fans rush to rewatch the Christmas classic ahead of this year’s holiday season, they have noticed something wrong with the filming.

In the Movie Mistakes Reddit forum, one person shared how they spotted a huge blunder in the hit Christmas movie Home Alone.

“In Home Alone (1990), Kevin can be seen sitting down for a dinner of Mac and Cheese,” the Reddit user penned, which refers to the first photo in this story.

“Minutes later, when Harry is in the dining room, the Mac and Cheese has been replaced with a generic TV dinner,” they concluded.

CAREER DESTROYED BECAUSE OF BLUNDER

Fans and fellow Reddit users were then quick to weigh in with their thoughts.

“Boy, I really hope somebody got fired for that blunder,” penned one person.

Another then said: “That propmaster never worked in Hollywood again. It destroyed his career.”

“I don’t know how the people on set DON’T notice this,” said a third.

A fourth defended the scene and added: “It’s Christmas Eve, Kevin can have two dinners, lol.”

MORE THAN ONE BLUNDER

While a fifth penned: “And the candle grew!”

And a sixth person questioned: “This is the nitpick?

“How about the house being spotlessly cleaned by an 8 year old after it being turned into a war zone by same 8 year old hours earlier. It would have taken a professional cleaning crew 2 days.”

And this isn’t the only blunder in the hit flick, with another big mistake was spotted five years ago.

“In Home Alone (1990), when Harry is threatening Kevin upstairs, he has his hands raised.

“And the burn mark, that he got on his right hand earlier from the red hot doorknob, seems to have disappeared,” penned one person in the Movie Blunders Reddit forum in 2019.

A DISTURBING Google Street View image appears to show a dead body being moved in a wheelbarrow – before cops discovered human remains.

A selection of photos taken in a tiny Spanish hamlet may have helped police crack a love triangle murder case after a man was seen cramming what looked like a dead body into the trunk of a red car.

He is seen stuffing a body-shaped package, wrapped in white plastic, into the boot on a deserted road.

Now another chilling image shows someone dressed in similar clothes at the top of a nearby hill holding what could be a wheelbarrow – possibly transporting the body to the car.

Spanish police said the first car picture was one of the clues they worked with to “resolve the crime” after a missing husband vanished last year.

He is believed to have been killed and dismembered after disappearing.

The body of the unnamed Cuban victim, only referred to by the initials JLPO, was found in a nearby cemetery last week.

Police then revealed they had been helped by Google Street View when the pictures led them to focus on the victim’s wife and her new partner.

Wiretaps later revealed their alleged involvement in JLPO’s sudden disappearance.

The couple were arrested on suspicion of murder.

Central government officials said they believe the human torso found belongs to that of a 33-year-old Cuban man who went missing last November.

Local reports suggest the victim was killed after flying to Spain and discovering his Cuban wife had been cheating on him with a man described as the second person being held in custody.

The male suspect is a Spanish bar owner apparently nicknamed ‘The Wolf of Tayueco’ after the small village of just 56 inhabitants.

It is just a 15-minute drive from the cemetery where the remains were found.

In their first comments about the investigation and arrests overnight, a spokesman for Spain’s National Police said: “National Police officers have detained two people allegedly involved in the disappearance and death of a man who was reported missing in November last year by a relative.

“That relative had grown suspicious about messages he had received purporting to be from the missing man.

“Part of the victim’s remains have been found buried in a cemetery in Andaluz in Soria using ‘advanced techniques.’

“One of the clues investigators were working with were images from an online search location application.”

The force added in a statement: “The messages the missing man’s family received said he met a girl and was leaving Soria and getting rid of his telephone.

“This made the relative suspect someone else was sending the messages and that led to him alerting police.

“The police investigation focused on the missing man’s closest circle and led to the arrest of the two suspects believed to be responsible for his disappearance on November 12.

“They were the missing man’s partner and a man who had been her partner.

“They were initially held on suspicion of unlawful detention for failing to explain his disappearance.

“Searches of the pair’s homes and vehicles were subsequently authorised by police, where evidence relevant to the investigation was uncovered.”

The force also said that the image “was an additional piece of evidence” and that “both suspects have been remanded in prison by an investigating judge”.

The spokesperson added : “The discovery of human remains buried underground in the cemetery in the province of Soria occurred on December 11 after they were sent to jail.

“Those remains have yet to be fully identified by coroners but we believe they correspond to those of the missing man.

“The investigation is ongoing.”

This isn’t the first time criminal activity has been caught through Google Maps.

Italian mafia fugitive Gioacchino Gammino was caught after 20 years on the run with the help of the online scanner.

Italian police had a breakthrough when they came across an image showing an elderly man outside a grocery shop in the town of Galapagar north of Madrid.

Gammino, 60, had changed his name to Manuel after escaping a prison in Rome in 2002.

SOUTHERN Charm alum Kathryn Dennis sees her children with ex Thomas Ravenel regularly despite losing custody and experiencing legal troubles as she has disappeared from the spotlight. 

Kathryn, 33, lost custody of her children Kensie, 11, and Saint, 9, to her ex-boyfriend Thomas, 62, in February 2023 after multiple allegations against her, including drug use.

Despite previously struggling to attend supervised visitations from 9 am to 4:30 pm every other Saturday and Sunday, a source exclusively told The U.S. Sun Kathryn has been improving when it comes to parenting.  

“She sees them fairly regularly of late, although not as much as she’s allowed pursuant to the court order,” the insider claimed. 

“Receiving more custody depends on her. She’s still oftentimes late, but if she gets it together Thomas would love nothing more.

“The kids are doing great.”

Kathryn would go months without seeing her children, The U.S. Sun reported in October 2023. 

The insider alleged at the time, “She hasn’t paid for the supervisor. The last time she had a supervisor and picked them up was in April.”

Thomas allegedly paid for the supervisor in June 2023 to allow Kathryn to see the children before they went to a seven-week sleep-away camp. 

The insider continued to claim, “When they returned from camp August, Thomas was in Charleston and let her see them for an hour. She hasn’t seen them since August.

“She FaceTimes twice a week for about 15 minutes. She wanted to do it every day, but the kids are busy with school, homework and extracurricular activities.”

Kathryn, who frequently shared photos and updates on social media, hasn’t posted on Instagram since June, as she captioned a selfie, “Inner Peace, Self Worth — it’s been my mantra since I was 21, still going strong. What’s yours?”

She also disabled her OnlyFans account, which was her source of income after she was fired from Southern Charm in 2023.

LEGAL ISSUES

Kathryn’s disappearance from the spotlight comes after legal issues. 

In October 2023, Kathryn was involved in a hit-and-run outside of a school. 

A Public Information Officer claimed to The U.S. Sun in a statement at the time, “Two units were involved. Unit one was a pedestrian. The pedestrian did receive medical attention at the scene of the collision. Unit two was a 2022 Ford Utility vehicle. 

“Unit one, the pedestrian, a school resource officer, was directing traffic in a working capacity in front of Whitesville Elementary School. Unit number two, the Ford Utility vehicle, was traveling south on Gaillard Road.”

The statement continued that the driver of the Ford struck the pedestrian and did not stop at the scene of the collision.

Police later found the registered owner of the car to be former Southern Charm star Kathryn Dennis. 

Kathryn was never officially charged in the hit-and-run. 

Then in May 2024, Kathryn was arrested and charged with driving under the influence after being involved in a three-car collision. 

According to Goose Creek Municipal Court, she has outstanding fines in the amount of $1,199.50 for the driving under the influence charge and $257.50 for transporting alcohol in a motor vehicle with seal broken. 

CUSTODY WAR

Kathryn and Thomas were involved in a bitter custody battle over their two children. 

In October 2020, Thomas filed for sole custody of their children and requested Kathryn have supervised visitation.

The U.S. Sun broke the news of the Southern Charm star temporarily losing custody of their two children in February 2021, before a South Carolina judge made the ruling official in 2023.

A source confirmed to The U.S. Sun at the time of the ruling, as the court case had been sealed, “Thomas won the court case and was granted sole custody of the kids.” 

The source claimed the custody ruling came after Kathryn “tested positive for three illegal drugs.”

The source also claimed Thomas’ legal team had evidence of neglect against the fired Southern Charm star. 

The judge also allegedly decided to give the former politician sole custody because of the children’s progress while in his care full time. 

The insider said, “Thomas’ legal team had affidavits from the speech therapists, an occupational therapist, physical therapist and play therapists that the children were making tremendous progress under his parenting.

“They were doing well in school, enjoying play dates and were happy. They love school and living in Aiken, South Carolina.”

A second source close to Kathryn confirmed to The U.S. Sun that she lost custody of the children.

Kathryn’s lawyer told The U.S. Sun, “I am prohibited from speaking about this matter because the case is sealed.”

A rep for Kathryn did not respond to The U.S. Sun’s request for comment regarding the custody loss.

‘TERRIFYING’ CLAIMS

The U.S. Sun broke the news of Thomas’ request to change their custody agreement from joint to primary custody, as he cited Kathryn’s alleged drug abuse and neglect. 

In South Carolina court records obtained by The U.S. Sun before the seal, Thomas claimed a mutual friend told him about a recent trip he took to North Carolina with Kathryn, the kids, and others. 

Thomas claimed the friend said, “He informed me that he witnessed a lot of cocaine use during this trip and that Kathryn had left cocaine within the grasp of the children, which he thought was dangerous.”

Kathryn alleged in her court response, “I do not use cocaine so naturally I have not left any out for our children to access.”

She also agreed to take a drug test as long as Thomas pays for it and takes one as well.

Thomas went on to claim he hired a man to conduct surveillance on her. 

The man allegedly witnessed the Southern Charm star leaving the children home alone unsupervised on multiple occasions, including overnight.

Thomas wrote in the court papers of one alleged instance, “During the time Kathryn was gone, Kensie and Saint are seen alone in front of the house. THIS IS TERRIFYING.”

He also mentioned how a neighbor called the police after allegedly finding Saint wandering around a busy road unsupervised.

Kathryn responded in her court filing that it is “untrue” that she left the children home alone. 

She admitted her father fell asleep while watching the children and Saint wandered outside. 

The reality star said her father has not watched their children since. 

Thomas also claimed the children come to him from their mother’s home allegedly “filthy and unkempt,” according to the court documents.

He claimed, “When the children are picked up after their week with Kathryn, they are filthy, their hair is matted, they smell and they are unusually tired and irritable.”

Kathryn responded to the claim, “This is untrue. My children are always well dressed and clean when in my care and I am often complimented on how cute they look.” 

Kathryn has generally denied Thomas’ claims of substance abuse in the past.

“Kathryn cannot be allowed to play Russian Roulette with our children’s lives.”

In court papers, he wrote he believes it is in the children’s best interests to move with them to his estate in Aiken, South Carolina, as he can maintain a “safe, stable and secure environment” for them. 

The children currently live in an Aiken mansion with their dad, who is also father to a young son from a previous relationship.

Thomas claimed in the court papers, “I have been terrified for years that they continue to be put in harm’s way every time they are in her care.

“However, I could not and cannot ignore the accumulation of evidence that Kathryn continues to put our children in harm’s way.

“Kathryn cannot be allowed to play Russian Roulette with our children’s lives. 

“Unless the Court intervenes to protect Kensie and Saint, it is not a matter of ‘if,’ it is a matter of ‘when’ until something devastating happens to them while under Kathryn’s care.”

PAST COURT BATTLE

Kathryn previously lost full custody of the children in 2016 and entered rehab after she tested positive for marijuana. 

In 2018, she filed for primary custody of the kids after Thomas was arrested and charged with assault and battery in the second degree. 

Thomas pleaded guilty to third-degree assault and battery charges.  He received a 30-day suspended sentence and was ordered to pay a $500 fine. 

In 2019, the exes agreed to share joint legal and physical custody of their children with Thomas “being the primary custodian.”

KATHRYN’S FIRING

The U.S. Sun reported in 2023 that Kathryn was fired from South Charm after eight seasons.

A source claimed, “Kathryn is not in a good place at the moment, regardless of what she shows on social media.

“She was so messed up on the last season, drinking too much and coming to work hungover. 

“All these Bravo events are open bar, and they drink at every gathering on TV. She loves her dark liquor. She was showing up drunk sometimes too and continues to drink.”

The source continued to claim, “They often had to edit her out, and this is one of the reasons she was cut as a main cast member on the show. 

“Friends and cast members are worried about her and think she should maybe get treatment, or go to rehab.

“It’s actually sad, she’s always had problems but her mom’s death hit her hard, and her mom did so much for her, she’s struggled to function alone at times.”

Winterfest 2024 event: new skins and weapons

Fortnite’s annual holiday-themed event Winterfest 2024 is starting on December 20, 2024, at 8pm UK time / 3pm ET.

Along with cosy Christmas atmosphere, the event will bring a bunch of new Winterfest skins, with festive outfits featuring a few big-name celebs.

Snoop Dogg, who’s been in the game since last season, Mariah Carey, and Shaquille O’Neal are just a few of the stars getting a Christmas outfit during the winter event.

Ice Skates and the Blizzard Grenade are some of the items coming in Fortnite during Winterfest 2024.

Unless you’re in kindergarten or elementary school, you’d be excused for not knowing what Skibidi Toilet is.

The series of YouTube Shorts featuring singing CGI heads emerging from urinals and toilet seats has been a cultural phenomenon among Gen Alpha viewers ever since its debut last year.

Fortnite has been quick to take notice, so a Skibidi Toilet collab is coming in a few hours from now.

Skibidi Toilet cosmetics, including a skin, back bling, and a pickaxe should arrive in the Item Shop after the next reset, so on December 18, 2024, at 7pm ET, which is midnight UK time.

The entire Skibidi Toiled bundle is expected to cost 2,200 V-Bucks, Fornite’s in-game currency.

Fortnite Chapter 6 Winter Map Changes

Fortnite’s Battle Royale map is getting a winter makeover as part of the Winterfest 2024 event, too.

Huge areas of the island will be covered in snow to get the festive mood on, while the parts to the northwest and southeast will remain unchanged.

The map changes will likely last only for the duration of the Winterfest event, which is due to end on January 7.

Cyberpunk 2077 x Fortnite

Dataminers found Cyberpunk 2077 items in Fortnite’s previous update, so fans are expecting a collab soon.

Specifically the Quadra Turbo-R 470 muscle car was spotted, so it could drop in the Item Shop before the next update.

Players could also be getting more Cyberpunk 2077 content than just the car, as yet another Keanu Reeves outfit is always a good idea.

DC Comics skins: The Joker, Poison Ivy, and more

DC Comics outfits have been absent from Fortnite for quite some time, but some of the most popular characters should be making a comeback to the Item Shop soon.

The Last Laugh bundle, which includes The Joker and Poison Ivy, will be returning in the next few days.

Hunter is a similar player to MLB’s Shohei Ohtani in a sense.

Ohtani plays both offense and defense, pitching and hitting during Los Angeles Dodgers games.

Hunter does the same thing, as he plays both wide receiver and cornerback in Colorado Buffaloes football games.

Ohtani was rewarded handsomely for his two-way abilities, signing a 10-year, $700 million deal Dodgers last year.

With Hunter having similar two-way abilities, Irvin thinks Hunter should be equally compensated.

“In three years from now y’all will Shohei Ohtani my money to me,” he said.

“You see what I’m saying? I’m gonna play both sides. I’m playing receiver and DB.

“Shohei Ohtani my money to me, that’s what I’m saying.”

Irvin also said that Hunter should protect himself by telling teams not to draft him if they won’t let him play both sides of the ball.

Many experts believe that Hunter will mostly play cornerback in the NFL and play wide receiver sparingly, but Irvin thinks Hunter should play all the time.

“All jokes aside, I’m putting it out right now,” he said.

“If you’re not letting me play both ways, don’t draft me. I fully intend on playing both ways in the National Football League…

“I’m not letting them dictate my story.”

While Irvin has a strong opinion about the situation, fans have split takes about how Hunter will play in the NFL.

“No. He can be the 3rd 4th WR in sets but his value is at DB,” one fan said.

“Travis is going to do what Deion tells him to do. As he should,” another fan said.

“Michael Irvin should stay in his lane,” a third fan said.

Following a juicy reunion on December 18, 2024, we have the latest on who is still together and who has called it quits.

Zaina and J.R

Zaina, 32 and J.R, 33, swiped right on love three years ago.

Despite being synced in multiple ways, the topic of marriage had them butting heads.

J.R, troubled from past relationship experiences, feared commitment – whereas Zaina, ready to commit, brought him on the show.

Along the way J.R formed a close bond with another participant, Sandy.

We can now reveal Zaina and J.R are no longer together.

After not getting engaged on the show, Zaina explained how the pair attempted to work things out until J.R ghosted her.

J.R revealed he has sought therapy since the show and is continuing to work on himself.

Unlike Zaina’s version of events, J.R claimed they didn’t pursue their relationship after the show and he isn’t interested in a future together.

Nick and Sandy

Meanwhile, Nick, 38, and Sandy 27, met two and a half years ago.

Their relationship blossomed from something causal to something more – however, Nick, who is ten years older, felt otherwise.

He revealed he was ready to settle down but worried Sandy wasn’t – this led to him giving her the ultimatum.

As for their relationship status post show – Nick has been dating someone new, but Sandy remains single.

He says his new relationship is filled with “laughter, empathy, and clear communication”.

For Sandy, the journey was a rocky one and she says learned more about herself than she could have imagined.

She has also sought therapy since the show.

When quizzed about why it didn’t work out with J.R, Sandy replied: “That wasn’t something that I was looking for.”

“I do think that it got a bit clouded by our attraction to each other, but my whole intention throughout this process was to really explore my relationship with Nick, and that is what I did.

“We do genuinely have an underlying care and love for one another, regardless if we’re together in a partnership or not.”

Our fourth couple, Scotty, 30, and Aria, 25, were together for three years.

Scotty gave Aria the ultimatum but she felt she would have to make professional sacrifices in order to make the marriage work.

But they have since parted ways after Aria rejected him at the engagement finale.

Aria explained how there is no bad blood between them but their priorities were not aligning.

Therapy has enabled Scotty to reflect on his relationship with Aria and he believes it’s imperative that he’s not the only one working on himself in a relationship.

Chanel and Micah

Chanel, 27, and Micah, 28, our fifth couple of the season, entered the show on Chanel’s initiative.

The 27-year-old gave her boyfriend the ultimatum as she felt, after two-and-a-half years, they needed to become stronger.

After just a few days into the show, the couple made an abrupt exist and chose not to attend the reunion.

However, they appear to be very much in love, as photos on Instagram show.

Vanessa and Dave

For Vanessa, 30, and Dave, 34, it was simply a matter of when.

Vanessa put Dave to the test, but really all he needed was time, and since the show he has proposed.

The pair have bought a home, made major career advancements and are more in love than ever before.

What is The Ultimatum?

The Ultimatum is a show that’s designed to prompt couples to either marry eachother or move on.

Hosts, Nick Lachey and Vanessa Lachey take the couples on an eight-week course which sees couples split, choose new partners, and even move in together.

The series has aired for three seasons, with the latest season being released on December 4, 2024.

Episodes nine to 10 were released on December 18, 2024 which included a juicy reunion.

The audio is a call between a nurse at a hospital in the capital and her husband who’s fighting in Kharkiv.

The woman can be heard saying: “Yesterday there was a train with about 100 people. Today, 120 others, making 200.

“How many more are there? God only knows.”

The woman continues by complaining that North Korean soldiers have taken over the country’s hospitals while injured Russians are treated in worse conditions.

The frustrated nurse explains that the language barrier causes problems as Kim’s men don’t speak any Russian and medical staff are not allowed to speak to them in English – and can only use an online translator which often leads to errors.

Meanwhile, a senior US military officer said “several hundred” of North Korean “cannon fodder” fighting alongside Vlad’s men have been killed or wounded in the frontline in Kursk.

He said: “Several hundred casualties is our latest estimate that the DPRK has suffered.

This “would include everything from… light wounds up to being KIA [killed in action],” he added saying their ranks had ranged from lower-level troops to “very near the top”.

The official said: “These are not battle-hardened troops. They haven’t been in combat before,” adding this contributes to”why they have been suffering the casualties that they have at the hands of the Ukrainians.”

Pyongyang has sent around 11,000 to Eastern Europe to fight Putin’s war against Ukraine.

The official’s comments on casualties came after Ukraine’s commander-in-chief Oleksandr Syrsky said Russia has used North Korean troops at the heart of an “intensive offensive” in Kursk over several days.

The Ukrainian intelligence services also confirmed that “at least 30 [North Korean] soldiers were killed and wounded” in clashes over the weekend.

Footage released on Tuesday showed North Korean troops being nuked by US-supplied HIMARS missiles.
