BIANCA Gascoigne has branded Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins the ‘worst experience of my life’ while revealing her secret show struggle.
Ex glamour model Bianca, 37, may have made it to tonight’s final but, in an exclusive interview with The Sun, has admitted her journey was far from easy.
Bianca Gascoigne has branded Celebrity SAS the ‘worst experience of my life’[/caption]
She had only recently given birth to her daughter, Blake Sunshine, and was battling physical and emotional challenges in the gruelling competition.
Bianca said: “I had just had a C-Section, I had antenatal depression, was the most unfit I had ever been and my hormones were all over the place but I am proud of myself because I still did it.
“I had such a bad pregnancy. My hormones were horrific. I was missing my daughter so much because she was only four-months old.
“At the time it was one of the worst experiences of my life but looking back now it was one of the best experiences of my life apart from having my baby daughter.
“I would love to do it all again now I don’t have all the pregnancy hormones rushing through my body.
“I am a big tomboy so it’s something I’ve always wanted to do it.”
Tonight’s series final will see Georgia Harrison, Lani Daniels, Anthony Ogogo and Bianca attempt to prove their mettle one last time and pass the course.
It’s been a difficult time for Gazza‘s daughter as, only last month, it was revealed she had split from her fiancé of three years.
The Celebrity Big Brother alum moved out of the family home she shared with Arron Wright and Blake, who she had started dating in 2021.
The former couple welcomed their daughter into the world in February last year and got engaged in December 2023.
Bianca posted a video to Instagram of her and little Sunshine arriving at their new home, adding in the caption that the pair had spent the last 12 weeks “squashed in” at her mum Sheryl’s.
She wrote: “To finally have our own space is the best feeling in the world! I wanted to say a huge thank you to my amazing Mum.
“Here’s to our new chapter baby girl.”
A source told MailOnline: “It was a tough decision for them both, given they share a young child.
“But it just wasn’t working so it’s best to move on.
“All they care about is Sunshine’s happiness and they’ll continue to put her first before anything else.
“After struggling for the past two months with her living arrangements.
“Bianca is happy to have found a home, where she really sees a bright future for her and Sunshine.”

1 week agoUSA UpdateComments Off on We’ve been homeless for 8 YEARS & living in TENT in our garden after ‘small print’ mistake saw us kicked out our home
A COUPLE in their 80s have been forced to live in a tent after the council evicted them from the annexe they built in the grounds of their old farmhouse.
Eric Goodman and Penelope Blake built a wooden lodge in the garden of their home in Itteringham, Aylsham.
But becoming homeless and at the centre of a decade-long planning dispute for the next eight years was not what they had in mind.
Eric and Penelope decided to set up camp outside their property instead.[/caption]
The North Norfolk District Council (NNDC) said that when they sold the farmhouse in 2016 the property could no longer be considered an annexe[/caption]
The couple built the wooden annexe in 2008 – which they called the Muster – to rent out as holiday accommodation[/caption]
The couple have since moved to a temporary home in North Walsham[/caption]
The couple built the wooden annexe – a single building detached from the main house which they named Muster – in 2008 to rent out as holiday accommodation.
Despite gaining planning permission at the time of building they have since been told they are in breach of regulations because they no longer own the original house, which they sold in 2016.
The North Norfolk District Council (NNDC) said that when they sold the farmhouse in 2016 the property could no longer be considered an annexe, making the planning permission void.
With no where to go, Eric, a former antiques dealer and property developer and Penelope, an artist, decided to set up camp outside their property instead.
Talking to the Eastern Daily Press, Eric said: “We both have health issues now which have not been helped by what we have had to endure. We are British so have a stiff upper lip, we have just had to go along with it.“
What are the rules on garden annexes?
With so many people struggling to buy their first home, you might be wondering what the rules are on annexes.
Most local authorities will require you to have planning permission if you want to build an annexe or convert a garage into a living space.
While there are some grey areas, it’s always best to check – even if your annexe exisited before you owned the property.
Homeowners should also be mindful about keeping within the boundaries of your property, the function of the annexe and ownership over the dweeling.
The couple have since moved to a temporary home in North Walsham but it is believed they make frequent returns to the property, often staying overnight.
The ordeal has cost the couple tens of thousands of pounds in their quest to gain planning permission. They are now on their ninth attempt.
These include three appeals to the Planning Inspectorate and one High Court battle, which the judge concluded had no “arguable grounds”.
According to the NNDC, the property’s remote location is in conflict with local plans to reduce car travel but the couple insist it is only a few miles away from town.
The new owners of Robin Farm, who bought the main house from the couple in 2016, told Eastern Daily News: “This long-term dispute and this latest appeal now seems a waste of a lot of people’s energy and effort.
“Can they keep rewriting and appealing their own story every year or so with all the associated effort and legal /council/ government costs etc in perpetuity?”
Another neighbour told the paper: “Villagers have observed smoke coming from the chimney. They are basically putting two fingers up to the authority.”
Government officials from the Planning Inspectorate have now been called to adjudicate and the couple are expected to be issued a ruling later this year on whether they can stay in their annexe.
A spokesperson for the North Norfolk District Council said: “The Council is confident that due process has been followed and notes that it has successfully defended its position on previous appeals relating to the site.
“We await to the decision of the Planning Inspectorate on the latest appeal that was submitted in June 2024.”
This comes after one woman broke the internet after revealing the incredible annexe home her mum built for her at the bottom of their garden.
In a now-viral video of the posh pad, she explained: “So today I moved my things into the coach house.
“This is like an extra building at my mum’s house and it was just being used for if we had friends round….I am absolutely so happy to be all settled in.”

THE Tampa Bay Rays could be forced to move home next year after severe damage to their stadium.
Hurricane Milton ripped the roof off Tropicana Field in Tampa, Florida[/caption]
The Tampa Bay Rays face a huge bill to repair their stadium despite plans for a new home in 2028[/caption]
Thousands of beds were placed on the outfield over where the diamond would usually have been.
But dramatic footage from Wednesday night showed Tropicana Field’s roof being shredded by the winds.
Some estimates for repairing the roof and other damaged parts of the stadium have come in as high as $39 million.
But the Tampa Bay Rays were already committed to building a new stadium in time for the 2028 season.
That leaves the Rays in a tricky situation when it comes to their Tropicana Field home for the next three years.
The MLB team would also face a race against time to have the stadium ready for the beginning of the 2025 season at the end of March.
“The city will work with the Rays on determining the best options once the assessment of the situation is complete,” Council member Gina Driscoll said in a statement to NBC News.
The Tampa region and Florida in general has a number of ballparks.
Half of the league’s teams head down to the state for Spring Training in February and March.

1 week agoUSA UpdateComments Off on Pokémon Go gives fans long-asked-for feature but not everyone can get involved
POKÉMON Go developer Niantic has just announced a new feature that people have been begging for.
Gigantamax Battles and Gigantamax Pokémon have been added to Pokémon Go, and people will be able to take them on in raids.
The Kanto starters will be the first Gigantamax Pokémon available in raids[/caption]
Dynamax Pokémon were announced for Pokémon Go during the Pokémon World Championships, but Gigantamax takes things one step further.
Niantic has now revealed details for a new raid mechanic, such as how Gigantamax raids will work, and which Pokémon are available at launch.
While Dynamax Pokémon are just larger versions of regular Pokémon, Gigantamax Pokémon have new forms and moves.
For these raids players will team up in lobbies of up to 40 players to take down the Gigantamax Pokémon.
There will be three Gigantamax Pokémon available when the feature launches, which include G-Max Charizard, Blastoise, and Venusaur.
However, a trailer has hinted that more Pokémon such as G-Max Kingler, Orbeetle and Toxtricity will be added to the game at a later date.
Niantic has warned players that these battles will be extremely difficult, and go even beyond the five-star raids currently available.
In fact, these raids will supposedly be on the same level as those reserved for powerful legendary Pokémon.
It’s possible to join Gigantamax Battles with just one or two players, but it will be impossible to win with so few people.
Niantic claims that Gigantamax Raids will need at least nine or 10 players if they want to successfully win.
This has led many players to be concerned that they cannot complete these raids as they live in more remote areas with fewer Pokémon Go players.
Niantic used to have remote raids so that people could ask their friends from different areas to play, but this is no longer available.
Currently, you can’t use Dynamax or Gigantamax Pokémon in Gym or trainer battles, but Niantic says it’s working on implementing them in more gameplay mechanics in the future.
The three Kanto starter Gigantamax Pokémon will be available in Pokémon Go from October 26, 2024, at 10:00am local time to October 27, 2024, at 8:00pm local time.
Check out your local gyms to see if you can snag these Pokémon for yourself.

1 week agoUSA UpdateComments Off on Moment Chunkz tells Yung Filly he’s ‘sick in the head’ as rapper brags ‘I don’t know why I’m single’ in resurfaced clip
A VIDEO of embattled rapper Yung Filly making a crass sexual joke to fellow YouTuber Chunkz has resurfaced amid his ongoing rape case.
The rapper, whose real name is Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, was arrested last week and charged with three counts of sexual assault.
A clip of him and fellow internet personality Chunkz, 28, has been shared online, with the latter dubbing Filly a “sicko”
Filly makes a cringeworthy brag about his privates and says: “I’m a catch. Sometimes I don’t get why I’m single”.
Chunkz hits back as they chat on the podcast and tells him he’s “sick in the head”.
Filly has been charged with four counts of sexual penetration without consent and one count of impeding a person’s breathing or circulation by applying pressure to the neck.
He is accused of raping the woman, in her 20s, at his hotel on September 28 after performing at Bar1 Nightclub in Hillarys, Perth.
Chunkz – a long-time pal of the content creator whose real name is Amin Mohamed – spoke out about the case for the first time on Sunday.
In a clip posted to Instagram he said: “Like everyone I’ve heard the reports coming out of Australia.
“While I understand many of you want my reaction on it, as this is an ongoing court case I hope you guys understand that I can’t and won’t be commenting on it publicly, so yeah I’ve just come on here to basically let you know the reasons as to why I can’t. Love.”
The pair worked together on their podcast – The Chunkz and Filly Show – as well as on various songs and comedic videos over the years.
They were due to put on a live version of their talk show in London on October 18.
A spokesperson for the event venue – Troxy – told the BBC: “The event was removed from our website yesterday and all ticket holders have been informed – their tickets will be refunded automatically.”
Filly is being made to stay in Australia until December when his second hearing gets underway.
Images of him on German Doner Kebab’s Instagram have also been wiped just weeks after he launched a ‘Special Sauce’ with them alongside fellow YouTuber Harry Pinero.
His defence lawyer argued the victim was drunk at the time of the alleged ordeal, according to Channel 9.
Cops allege that Filly – who was born in Colombia but moved to the UK as a refugee when he was a child – raped her in his hotel.
The rapper was first arrested on Tuesday in Brisbane and transferred to Perth the next day.
He appeared in court where the prosecution said his alleged victim’s body is marked “by a history of violent acts”.
Filly was bailed following his first court hearing after stumping up $100,000AUD (£51,000) for bail.
He is banned from leaving the state and must also report to Perth Police Station in Northbridge regularly.
A downcast Filly was seen reporting there for the first time on Saturday, dodging cameras as he made his way in and back out.
He wore a dark baseball cap and a cream hooded jacket with black shorts and trainers as he jogged past reporters to enter the building.
Filly remained inside for just five minutes before leaving and once again refusing to speak to the journalists waiting outside.
He was seen again on Sunday in an all black outfit arriving at the same station.
Filly is known for his comedic videos on YouTube where he shot to fame alongside fellow creators Beta Squad while also appearing in The Sidemen videos.
1 week agoUSA UpdateComments Off on Royal Mint’s most rare and valuable 50p coins in circulation revealed including King Charles III worth up to £XX
IT’S worth having a dig around your loose change for any rare and valuable 50p coins.
The Royal Mint, the official maker of British coins, regularly puts limited edition pieces into general circulation.
And because there’s only a limited amount they can sell for multiple times their face value.
In some cases, extremely rare 50p pieces have sold for a whopping £950.
So it’s definitely worth a root around in your purse or wallet to see if you got anything worth potentially hundreds of pounds.
Bear in mind though, you might not always get such a hefty amount for a rare coin.
RARE COINS AND VALUABLE NOTES
THAT'S MINT
Rare 50p coins in circulation revealed including Kew Gardens worth up to £895
LUCKY COIN

Exact detail on front of dime reveals whether it could sell for $8,225
STEP IT UP

Lincoln penny with 'sharp' detail is worth $3,960 at auction
CHECK YOUR CHANGE

COIN CASH
A 'powder blue' sheen on your dime may mean it's worth $18k but check the year
COIN CRAZE
Rare 1795 Jefferson cent was worth $264,000 all because of an 'obverse' detail
MINTED MOOLAH
Exact error on your gold coin makes it worth $78k at auction
The design of the coin, its condition and whether or not the coin is in circulation also affects how much it could be worth.
You can easily figure out how rare a coin is, by checking its mintage figures.
This relates to how many coins were produced by The Royal Mint.
If a coin has a low mintage, it means there’s less in circulation and is therefore rarer and it could potentially be worth more than its face value.
Either way, you’ll want to keep an eye out for some in particular which can sell for big numbers.
Salmon – worth up to £120
Mintage: 200,000
Minted in 2023, the Salmon 50p depicts a salmon fish jumping out of the Atlantic ocean and has King Charles III on the other side.
This makes The Atlantic Salmon coin the first to represent the Kings’ face.
There are only 200,000 of the coins in circulation, making this coin quite a rare find.
The highest recent sale we’ve found on eBay recently was £120 on October 14 with 10 bids.
It also sold for £113 on this day with 11 bids.
Kew Gardens – worth up to £700
Mintage: 210,000
Kew Gardens is famous for its stunning gardens and scenery.
But despite the design, it’s not so easy to get a hold of this coin, of which there are just 210,000 in circulation.
We’ve seen the coin which was minted in 2009 sell for as much as £707 before on eBay.
However more recently it sold for £320 with 40 bids on October 13.
Peter Rabbit – worth up to £30
Mintage: 1,400,000
The Peter Rabbit design originates from the famous children’s books by Beatrice Potter.
The coin was released in 2018 according to Change Checker.
We’ve seen it sell for as much as £26 online so is worth digging around for.
In recent months, one was also sold on eBay for £25 on October 13.
Flopsy Bunny – worth up to £17
Mintage: 1,400,000
The coin was issued in 2018 to celebrate one of Beatrix Potter’s most loved children’s tales, “The Tale of Flopsy Bunny”.
There are 1,400,000 Flopsy Bunny 50ps in circulation according to Change Checker.
One sold for £16.50 on eBay with three bids on October 14.
That is 33 times its worth at a cashier if you weren’t to catch the design.
Mrs Tittlemouse – worth up to £16
Mintage: 1,700,000
The coin was issued in 2018 to celebrate one of Beatrix Potter’s most loved children’s tales, “The tale of Mrs Tittlemouse”.
There are 1,700,000 Mrs Tittlemouse 50ps in circulation according to Change Checker.
One recently sold for £15.99 on October 13.
While another sold for £5.20 in June.
How much are other 50p coins worth?
Many coins can be worth much more when sold on eBay as part of a collection.
However, sometimes you’ll get better individual prices if another enthusiast needs your coin to complete their collection.
The rare Blue Peter Olympic 50p has been flogged on eBay for £205 in the past.
The coin shows an athlete doing the high jump and was drawn by nine-year-old Florence Jackson after winning a competition on the kid’s TV show.
Plus, one seller managed to pocket a whopping £63,000 flogging his Battle of Hasting’s 50p too.
So-called ‘error coins’ tend to be worth a lot too, because there’s rarely more than a few thousand of them in circulation.
One 50p that was mistakenly struck twice sold for as much as £510 on eBay because it was rare.
It’s not only 50ps either – a rare error 10p coin sold for over 1,000 times more than its face value on eBay in the past.
Likewise, there are several rare £2 coins in circulation which could be worth just under £50.
Newer versions could be worth a mint too
You might think that old coins go for the most – but new ones can go for some big sums too.
In 2019, the Royal Mint re-released sets of five of the rarest and most popular 50ps to celebrate half a decade of the coin.
The new coins are made with old designs including Kew Gardens, Girl Guides and Scouts, but are stamped with the 2019 date which could make them super valuable among collectors.
The £90 collectors’ proof sets sold out in February 2019, but you can still get uncirculated sets for £45 directly from the Royal Mint.
This year has seen an influx of special edition Harry Potter coins, as well as those with the heads of former monarchs on them too.
Meanwhile, the first commemorative £2 coins featuring King Charles III were released earlier this year.
How do I find out what my coin is worth?
If you’re lucky enough to pick up a rare coin in your spare change, it could go for hundreds of pounds depending on how rare it is.
You should check how much the coin is selling for on eBay.
Search the full name of the coin, select the “sold” listing and then toggle the search to “highest value”.
It will give you an idea of the amount of money that the coin is going for.
But remember, a buyer could always pull out so the coin may not have gone for the price it says it has.
And watch out for fakes too.
You can also use an online tool that gives you an estimate of how much it could be worth on eBay, as well as any other rare coins you have.
Coin Hunter gives you an estimated valuation of your coin based on the average of the most recent sales, as well as a range of how much you can expect it to fetch.
Plus Change Checker’s Scarcity Index will give you a good idea of how rare a coin is.

1 week agoUSA UpdateComments Off on Woman, 31, ‘left to fend for herself’ on A&E trolley for 12 HOURS while coughing blood’ before she died, inquest told
A WOMAN died after she was left “fending for herself” on a hospital trolley in the corridor of an A&E for 12 hours, an inquest has heard.
Tamara Davis, 31, was left coughing up blood and was “abandoned in her most vulnerable moment” when she died of sepsis in December 2022.
Tamara Davis was “left without dignity” before her death[/caption]
Tamsin’s boyfriend Raphael Ifil (centre) with her mum Sue and sister Miya outside the court today[/caption]
She had been rushed to Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton after complaining of breathing difficulties.
Tamara was subsequently placed in a side room and given oxygen, but was later moved into a corridor when another patient needed the room.
Despite her condition becoming progressively worse, she was left on a trolley in the busy corridor.
At one stage there were 20 patients being treated in the hospital corridor.
Eventually a medical team was called and she was rushed through to intensive care, but she later died.
An inquest today heard she had been failed by a healthcare system stretched to the limit.
In a statement read to the court, her sister Miya said: “‘In the few hours [she was in A&E] she was being made to fend for herself.
“She was abandoned in that corridor at her most vulnerable moments, coughing up blood and suffering from diarrhoea.”
Dr Andrew Leonard, the consultant who treated Tamara in the corridor, said: “Anyone being looked after in a corridor is a concern because it is a failure of normal care processes.”
He said the statements from the family about how they felt Tamara had been failed were “heartbreaking”.
The doctor added: “Unfortunately we live in a world where more corridor care has become increasingly the norm in the last few years and that is a tragedy and not something any doctor or nurse would say is a good idea but is a result of pressures on the system.”
He said he was “unhappy” Tamara had to receive treatment in a corridor, but added that there was “nowhere else to put patients”.
Tamara had been suffering from cold-like symptoms and breathing difficulties before she collapsed at home on the evening of December 10, 2022.
Her partner Raphael Ifil desperately called 999 five times to try and get an emergency ambulance.
Raphael made a desperate 999 call, but had to rush Tamara to the hospital himself[/caption]
But after failing, he got a friend to drive Tamara the three miles to Royal Sussex County Hospital.
She was admitted at 11.14pm and immediately taken through to a resuscitation cubicle in A&E, where she was given oxygen.
But when her vital signs improved and another patient needed the room at 5.30am, she was wheeled out on the trolley into the corridor.
Tamara then spent the next 12 hours on the trolley with other sick patients all around her, the inquest heard.
She had been diagnosed with severe flu and, although she was given antibiotics, paracetamol and IV fluids, a second dose of antibiotics she was due to receive was missed by medics.
Her condition continued to deteriorate throughout the day and she began to cough up blood and suffered diarrhoea.
Her sister Miya had to help her to the toilet and because there was none available and she had to change her soiled sheets.
Tamara’s condition continued to worsen throughout the day and she was eventually taken into back into a resuscitation room.
She was then transferred to an intensive care bed, where she was placed on a ventilator.
Alice Edmondson, a senior nurse on duty at the time, said: “We’d never move anyone to a corridor out of choice. Nobody should be nursed in a corridor.
“I really want the family to know that I as a senior nurse feel upset every day that people are in the corridor when they shouldn’t be.”
Tamara’s condition deteriorated in intensive care and she died of sepsis and multiple organ failure on December 13.
Her heartbroken family have previously said Tamara was “failed” by the hospital and died after ‘disgusting’ treatment.
They say Tamara had been left without “dignity” and said the care she received was “dreadful”.
Previously Dr Andy Heeps, Chief Operating Officer at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust, said: “I cannot publicly discuss Tamara’s care, but in general terms it is undoubtedly the case that our staff sometimes have to work under significant pressure, in difficult circumstances, but they will always do their very best to give care, compassion and dignity to their patients.”

A HISTORIC Ford dealership that’s been in business for over 100 years is set to close after its owner was forced to make a “difficult decision.”
The much-loved business located in Holden, Massachusetts, celebrated its 100th anniversary back in March, but is now set to shut up shop for good before the end of the year.
A historic Ford dealership that’s been in business for over 100 years is set to close[/caption]
The much-loved business recently celebrated its 100th anniversary[/caption]
Sunnyside Ford, which first opened as a garage to service Ford Model T’s in 1923, first became a dealership in 1924.
Since then, it has successfully sold and serviced the famous car brand and is a well known feature of the town.
Speaking to Spectrum News 1, Sunnyside’s president and general manager Dan Harrington revealed how much vehicles had changed in the time he’d worked at the dealer, and opened up on the difficult decision he had to make to close his family business – which has spanned three generations.
He said: “It’s definitely been more complicated in the last 10 years or so, but I’m 74, so it’s time to retire.
“I remember the times, you know, you get in the car, you turn the key and boom, you forget your left gear and nothing jumps forward.
“Well, now they won’t do that on you.
“A lot of safety features that are great, some are a pain, I know a lot of people don’t like them, but they’re for the benefit of everybody.”
Sunnyside, which appears to employ 20 members of staff at its location on Main Street, broke the news to its customers in a heartfelt Facebook post.
They wrote: “We would like to share the news that Sunnyside Ford will close operations as of November 22, 2024.
“Sunnyside has been a proud local business, Ford dealer, and employer for over 100 years, and the decision to close was a very difficult one.
“We will miss our employees, customers, and being part of the Holden community.
“To our loyal employees and customers, thank you.”
Many comments responded to the news, with one Facebook user writing: “Say it’s not so! The Harrington family was wonderful to me during the 32 years I worked for them.
“I wish them and all my friends at Sunnyside the best for the years ahead.”
Another wrote: “I am very sad to hear this is the end of a 100-year run.
“It will be quite the adjustment to no longer see the Ford sign when we go down Main Street.”
And a third simply said: “Sunnyside is the best of the best.
“I bought every car I owned in Massachusetts from Sunnyside Ford, over 40 years.
“Always treated professionally both on sales and service. So sorry to hear this.”
Sunnyside’s opening in 1924 would’ve come towards the end of the Ford Model T’s popularity, which ran from 1908 to 1927.
The iconic vehicle is generally regarded as the very first mass-affordable automobile, and is the car that made motoring available to middle-class Americans.
In fact, over 15 million models were sold and it held the record as history‘s best-selling car until it was surpassed by the Volkswagen Beetle in 1972.
Nowadays, Ford sell nearly 2 million cars in the US each year.
This comes as a classic car enthusiast’s collection of 24 vehicles – including a Ford Model A and dashing red 1953 Sedan – have been sold at auction.
Collector Peter Learmont’s family decided to sell the collection, parked in the Learmont Pavilion at Sapphire Coast Historic Vehicle Club in Australia, after his death last year.
