I’m a parenting expert & next week will be Halloween hell if you don’t make 5 changes now with your little one

IT’S considered the scariest night of the year.

But as Halloween fast approaches it isn’t just dealing with trick or treaters, or their little ones consuming vast amounts of sugar, that is leaving parents terrified.

The clocks change on October 27, meaning you need to start adjusting your child’s bedtime unless you want a very early start on Monday[/caption]

Instead, it’s the possibility that when the clocks go back on Sunday, October 27, their child’s sleeping habits will go flying out of the window.

However, according to parenting pro Hanna Pauser, there are some simple steps you can take to make the change more manageable for children – and parents.

Plan ahead

“As the end of Daylight Savings nears, it’s important to consider how it might affect your family’s routine,” Hanna, Head of Parenting Content at Nordic baby sleep monitoring app Napper, explains.

“Some may welcome an earlier schedule, while others may find it disruptive.

“To ease the transition for children, gradually shift bedtime by 15 minutes over several days.

“Adjust naps similarly if needed.”

You may well notice that late naps are making bedtime more challenging, so use a sleep-tracking app like Napper can support planning naps to prevent them from interfering with your child’s bedtime.

Lighten up

“As daylight hours shorten, it’s important to ensure that children get as much exposure to natural light as possible during the day,” Hanna adds.

“Exposure to natural light helps regulate the body’s production of melatonin, a hormone that controls sleep-wake cycles which helps promote healthy sleep habits.

“To encourage children to spend more time outside, parents can participate in outdoor activities together, such as going for a walk, visiting a playground, or exploring a local park.

“Not only does this get them outdoors, but it also creates quality bonding time.”

If your child struggles to wind down at the end of the day, why not try engaging in some indoor activities like reading or arts and crafts to “create a cosy evening routine”.

“It can also be helpful to put on soft lighting and calm music to create a relaxing environment for your child,” Hanna says.

Time for routine

While you might not think the clock change can have a positive impact on your little one’s routine, it actually can.

Hanna explains: “The time change is a great opportunity to introduce or reinforce positive routines, like a consistent bedtime routine,” she continues.

“Calming activities that stay the same each night help your child wind down and recognise it’s time to sleep.

When do the clocks change?

The last Sunday in October – this year October 27 – will see the clocks change.

At 2am, the clocks will go back one hour, taking us from British Summer Time (BST), or Daylight Saving Time as it’s also known, to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).

The clocks won’t change again until the last Sunday in March, when they go forward by one hour at 1am.

“Establishing a bedtime routine can be as simple as following a predictable sequence of calming activities, such as bath time, reading bedtime stories, and dimming the lights.

“This consistency helps children recognise when it’s time to sleep and creates a sense of security that supports better rest.”

Screen scream

While screen time is such a big part of the day for many little ones, you need to be careful about allowing your child near a screen when bedtime is approaching.

Exposure to natural light helps regulate the body’s production of melatonin, a hormone that helps promote healthy sleep habits

Napper's Hanna Pauser

“Establishing clear routines and setting limits on screen time can also help,” Hanna advises.

“When children know they have a set amount of screen time, they are more likely to explore other activities, like spending time outside, once their screen time is up.

“Even if they initially complain about being ‘bored’, boredom can often be the spark that leads to coming up with creative new activities.”

Oh sugar

And when Halloween arrives, trick or treating usually involves kids returning home with buckets overflowing with sweet treats.

They usually sneak one or two on the way round too.

But it’s a good idea to try and “set expectations in advance” to avoid a sugar rush which can also negatively impact sleep.

“Let your child know they can enjoy a set amount of sweets from what they collect, and the rest will be saved and shared over the coming weekends,” Hanna says.

“Many children are surprisingly accepting of this plan when they know what to expect.”

Monty Don shares the perfect way to use fallen leaves after Storm Ashley and the quickest way to tidy the garden

MONTY Don has revealed how fallen leaves can boost the health of gardens throughout autumn.

He shared his tips for quickly making outdoor space look tidy following the mess created by Storm Ashley.

Monty said fallen leaves can be used to improve garden health and protect small animals (stock image)[/caption]

Heavy rain and strong winds have left many gardens worse for wear with plants damaged and leaves scattered.

Monty revealed in a post on his blog that the same advice he gave homeowners last October still applies.

He recommended using fallen leaves for a supply of leaf mould, which he describes as “garden gold.”

The natural material can be used as an alternative to store-bought compost.

“I am obsessive about making leaf mould,” he said.

“Gathering as many of the fallen leaves as possible, mowing them to chop them up and then stacking them in a big open heap.

“They break down into a lovely rich, crumbly texture and become an essential component of our home-made potting compost.”

Monty advised against throwing away fallen leaves in favour of using them to provide cover for small animals and insects.

He quickly sweeps leaves into piles under hedges and trees along with piles of prunings and logs.

He said this provides “essential winter protection” for creatures such as hedgehogs and frogs while also contributing to the garden’s health.

Fallen leaves can be neatly stored in a DIY leaf mould bin until they’re needed.

“If you do not have somewhere to store them sort this out early in the month,” he said.

“A simple bay made from four posts and chicken wire is ideal.”

According to Gardeners’ World, a leaf mould bin should be at least 1 metre cubed.

October gardening jobs

The Sun’s Gardening Editor, Veronica Lorraine, has shared the jobs you need to tackle in October.

“It’s a good time to trim deciduous hedges – like box, yew, hawthorn, hornbean and beech – plus hedge trimmers are a great upper body workout!

Make leafmould – gather up all the fallen leaves and fill either bin bags or plastic carrier bags. Seal the top, stick a few small holes in the bag – and then store for a year or more. Free compost!

It’s unlikely you’ll get any more red tomatoes so have one final harvest and chuck the plants on the compost. See if you can get the green ones to ripen by putting in a drawer (some say with a banana). Also keep the seeds from a couple – and plant again next year if they went well.

Finish getting in your spring bulbs. Ideally you’d have done daffs and alliums, but tulips are better in the ground when the soil temperature gets a bit colder.

It’s good to leave some plant litter in the ground – it adds to the nutrients as it rots down, and provides shelter and food for insects. But remove the manky brown bits collapsing all over the lawn/winter structure.

Mulch – it not only suppresses weeds, but keeps the soil warm, improves water retention and adds a little winter duvet to your outside space.

October’s a good month for carrots, peas, asparagus, broad beans, and rhubarb.”

Tree planting posts should be knocked about 30cm into the ground with 1 metre kept above the ground in each corner.

Mesh can be stronger than chicken wire for a leaf mould bin that lasts for years to come.

Leaves are best collected and put into the bin after a dewy or wet morning as dry leaves struggle to rot.

Monty Don has urged gardeners to also get busy this month with pruning climbing roses.

The task is crucial for ensuring the plant blooms next spring.

He said a “really sharp tool” is necessary for reducing damage and creating clean cuts.

“Use loppers for stems too thick for easy cutting with secateurs and a sharp saw for anything that strains loppers,” he added.

Greg Olsen’s ‘Spielberg movie’ look in Fox NFL broadcast booth has viewers stunned and compare him to Hollywood star

FANS were convinced Greg Olsen looked like he should have been on a movie set during Fox Sports’ coverage of the NFL on Sunday.

Olsen, 39, stunned viewers with a new look in the broadcast booth during the Detroit Lions‘ 29-31 victory over the Minnesota Vikings.

Fans thought that the retired tight end looked somewhat like he “just showed up” after catching “no sleep”.

And his laid-back look had others comparing him to movie stars.

One fan wrote: “Greg Olsen looks like the older brother in every 80’s Spielberg movie”.

While another added: “He’s slowly morphing into Jack Nicholson‘s Joker”.

Others agreed that he looked like Jack Nicholson, posting pictures of the Hollywood A-lister during his role with 1980 horror film The Shining.

The movie star comparisons didn’t stop there either with other fans suggesting Olsen looked like animated Pixar character Syndrome from The Incredibles.

But despite the buzz he created with his different look, there was plenty of love for his broadcast skills amid fan calls to get him back as Fox Sports’ number one color commentator.

Olsen was replaced by Tom Brady in the role earlier this year with Brady penning a 10-year $375million contract this season.

Olsen was compared to Jack Nicholson’s Joker

Fans have been calling for Olsen to be brought back in as the main man with many preferring his coverage of the games.

On X, one wrote: “Greg Olsen is 10x better than Tom Brady in the booth.”

While a second wrote: “Just give Greg Olsen his job back!”

And a third posted: “Incredible that Greg Olsen isn’t on a 1A broadcast team. Consistently excellent.”

Olsen broke his silence on the subject last month in an interview with The Athletic, revealing he holds no ill-will towards his seven-time Super Bowl winning replacement.

He said: “I want him [Brady] to do well. I want him to succeed. I want him to feel I’m a good teammate.

“It’s no different than if he came into the locker room when I was a player and we happened to play the same position.

“My success is not contingent upon Tom. Tom being really good doesn’t make me less good, and Tom being bad doesn’t make me better.

“Fox has two top teams, and that’s how I view it. But I’ve talked to Joe [Davis] about this: I want people to think that Joe and I are the best crew on television. It doesn’t matter that we’re the ‘B’ crew.”

Patrick Mahomes sends major warning to Kansas City Chiefs teammates and tells Tom Brady he makes them ‘uncomfortable’

KANSAS CITY CHIEFS star Patrick Mahomes suggested he is going to make his teammates feel “a little uncomfortable” while “pushing” them to victory.

Mahomes, 29, has won three-time Super Bowls with the Chiefs, including last season’s that saw the Missouri outfit beating the San Francisco 49ers in the final.

The quarterback sat down with NFL legend Tom Brady for an interview on Fox.

And Brady, 47, revealed how the New England Patriots‘ legendary head coach Bill Belichick pushed him “outside of his comfort zone”.

The Patriots great added that he in turn quickly realised how he had to do the same to his teammates in his bid to push them to seven Super Bowls.

Brady said: “Coach always pushed me outside of my comfort zone and therefore I was allowed to push other people outside of their comfort zone.

“Certainly, when I got to Tampa, I really wanted to push us to try to win. But I had to make people a little uncomfortable.”

Mahomes completely agrees with Brady and strongly suggested he will do the same to his Chiefs teammates.

In fact, the American star stated he will “push” them even when they’re tired.

Mahomes responded: “I mean, you just hit the nail on the head with that.

“And that’s it, as I’ve gotten to this part of my career I’m pushing these guys even when they’re tired. [It’s] Just how you win.”

NFL fans loved Mahomes’ statement as they took to social media to praise his words.

One fan tweeted: “That’s how you win a Super Bowl.”

Another commented: “Just two GOATs chatting it up.”

A third wrote: “Damn that’s legendary.”

This fan said: “That’s awesome.”

And that one stated: “10 rings right there.”

Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese’s WNBA in major money blow after staggering season losses despite record crowds

THE WNBA is reportedly set for a major blow despite seeing record crowds.

Investors are believed to be growing impatient about seeing their returns from the basketball league.

Getty
The WNBA is set for a $40million loss on its most recent season[/caption]

The WNBA is mostly owned by the NBA with its stake expected to be nearly 60 per cent.

The NBA teams have invested hundreds of millions of pounds into the sport since 1996.

The New York Post has reported that the WNBA will lose $40million this season.

The amount was forecast to be higher at about $50m but it is still a major loss.

This comes despite the league growing its fanbase with record crowds over the last season.

There has been plenty of interest in the competition with Caitlin Clark winning Rookie of the Year.

She broke multiple records, including having the most assists in a season and the most assists in a single game.

The Indiana Fever star also had a publicised rivalry with Chicago Sky‘s Angel Reese.

Clark was the no.1 draft, while Reese was drafted at no.7 overall.

And investors are not expected to see a return on their expenditure for some time.

WNBA All-Star rosters

THE 2024 WNBA All-Star game rosters have been announced, with Team WNBA set to face Team USA on July 20.

Team WNBA:

  • DeWanna Bonner – Connecticut Sun
  • Aliyah Boston – Indiana Fever
  • Caitlin Clark – Indiana Fever
  • Allisha Gray – Atlanta Dream
  • Dearica Hamby – Los Angeles Sparks
  • Brionna Jones – Connecticut Sun
  • Jonquel Jones – New York Liberty
  • Kayla McBride – Minnesota Lynx
  • Kelsey Mitchell – Indiana Fever
  • Arike Ogunbowale – Dallas Wings
  • Nneka Ogwumike – Seattle Storm
  • Angel Reese – Chicago Sky

Team USA:

  • Napheesa Collier – Minnesota Lynx
  • Kahleah Copper – Phoenix Mercury
  • Chelsea Gray – Las Vegas Aces
  • Brittney Griner – Phoenix Mercury
  • Sabrina Ionescu – New York Liberty
  • Jewell Loyd – Seattle Storm
  • Kelsey Plum – Las Vegas Aces
  • Breanna Stewart – New York Liberty
  • Diana Taurasi – Phoenix Mercury
  • Alyssa Thomas – Connecticut Sun
  • A’ja Wilson – Las Vegas Aces
  • Jackie Young – Las Vegas Aces

A source told the outlet: “The WNBA owes the NBA so much we won’t see any windfall for years.”

The league will get a further $2.2billion over the next 11 years due to the new basketball media contracts.

As a result, the WBNA will get a $100m annual increase from national media contracts, which will see the loss turn into a $60m profit next season.

The league is also set to try and generate more revenue by expanding its regular season and playoff schedules.

However, players are believed to be ready to opt out of the collective bargaining contract by November 1.

This means that player salaries will probably increase and would eat into the 2026 $60m profit.

The report adds that NBA owners are keen for more transparency from Adam Silver, the league’s commissioner.

They want to know when they will see a return from the increasingly popular WBNA.

Real story behind America’s largest amphibious car graveyard as dozens of vehicles worth $100k are left rotting in woods

A CAR graveyard in New England is home to America’s largest collection of Amphicars.

The strange vehicles can drive on both the road and on water – and a fully-restored example can fetch up to $100,000 at a classic car auction

Today, a fully-restored example, like this, can fetch up to $100,000 at a classic car auction[/caption]

Dozens of vehicles make up the curious collection located at the secret spot, and few know the real story behind why they’ve been dumped there.

According to a video posted to YouTube by Drive Analog, a total of 47 Amphicars can be found on the lot.

A host of other collectibles are there too, including a 1964 Chrysler New Yorker, an eight-door Checker limousine that was once owned by the US Navy, a Rad Radish Chevrolet 3100, and even an Austin-Healey Frogeye Sprite.

Alongside these is an assortment of other vehicles, including old buses, RVs, and trucks.

But the biggest draw is the Amphicars in varying states of disrepair, with only two of them shown in great detail, with one apparently used frequently by the owner as his family car.

The Amphicar Model 770 is one of the most famous mass-produced amphibious vehicles.

Built by the Quandt Group, the iconic vehicle was first revealed at the 1961 New York Auto Show, produced until 1965, and sold until 1968.

Just 3,878 units were built at that time, with many of them shipped to the US, although less than 500 survive today.

In the video, the owner of the numerous vehicles describes himself as a passionate collector, and he reveals that he’s travelled across the country to acquire them.

But while he knows a lot about the history and backstory of the cars on his lot, he’s seemingly not attempted to restore them.

According to Hagerty, an Amphicar Model 770 in good condition recently fetched $82,000 at an auction – meaning the unnamed collector is sitting on a small fortune.

This comes as a once-great classic model that normally scores up to $100,000 at auction was sold to a very lucky gearhead for just a few thousand after it was reduced to pieces.

Jaw-dropping pictures show a cult-classic 1968 Pontiac GTO rotting in an outdoor lot, but a hidden feature provides an unexpected win for buyers.

Many car lovers consider it the first ever “muscle car,” an American-made model with fiery engines designed for high-performance driving.

Elsewhere, Ferrari have sued a customer after they flipped one of their recently released models – in violation of a prior sales agreement.

A buyer of the new Ferrari Purosangue will likely be forced to cough up the profit he’s made on the sale after the famous marque banned him from selling it inside the first 18 months of ownership.

Watch as Israel reveals Hezbollah bunker ‘containing £400MILLION worth of gold and cash’ buried beneath Beirut hospital

HEZBOLLAH has stashed away £400million worth of gold and cash in a secret bunker under a Lebanese hospital, says Israeli intelligence.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) claim to have uncovered the terror group’s financial headquarters as they released footage showing the underground network in Beirut.

The declassified intelligence was shared alongside a graphic showing how Hezbollah’s top brass is believed to operate through hidden tunnels and secret elevators.

Their underground bunker is said to be directly beneath Al-Sahel Hospital in the busy area of Dahiyeh in southern Beirut.

The IDF say it is made up of at least five separate rooms including what appears to be a communal bedroom and a meeting room.

They also revealed the exact location they claim Hezbollah hides its financial goods – including gold bars and stacks of cash.

A huge secure room to the right of the bunker has been shown through the IDF graphic to be filled with over £400million worth of goods.

The IDF claim the bunker was used by slain Hezbollah kingpin Hassan Nasrallah.

Israeli intelligence also say that Hezbollah chiefs use two different entrance points to access the bunker.

The illustration says that the two buildings either side of the hospital have been manipulated by the terrorists to provide tunnels for people to sneak through.

One of them is the Center Al-Sahel building which is separated from the hospital by just a few feet across a road.

The graphic suggests that Hezbollah have taken over the bottom few floors of the centre for their own personal use.

A walkway has been hollowed out underground which connects the Center Al-Sahel building to the Al-Sahel Hospital.

There also appears to be an elevator installed to transport the terror leaders between the two buildings, according to the IDF’s graphic.

The second network of tunnels sits under the Al-Ahmedi building which sits on the opposite side of the medical facility.

This tunnel is far longer as it is separated by the hospital’s car park.

IDF spokesperson Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari revealed the key Hezbollah infrastructure in a briefing on Monday.

He said: “Tonight, I am going to declassify intelligence on a site that we did not strike.

“Where Hezbollah has millions of dollars in gold and cash – in Hassan Nasrallah’s bunker.

“Where is the bunker located? Directly under Al-Sahel Hospital in the heart of Beirut.

“According to the estimates we have, there is at least half a billion dollars in dollar bills and gold stored in this bunker.

“This money could and still can be used to rebuild the state of Lebanon.”

Hagari called on the Lebanese authorities and international organisations to warn Hezbollah against using this money to rebuild and launch fresh waves of attacks.

The Israeli Air Force is said to be constantly monitoring the compound but the IDF have vowed to not strike it.

Hagari made it clear that Israel is at war with the terror group not Lebanon so keeping the hospital up and running is a priority.

The television speech by Hagari came just hours after Israel launched several airstrikes targeting places used to fund Hezbollah’s fighters.

“The Israeli Air Force carried out a series of precise strikes on these Hezbollah financial strongholds,” Hagari added.

According to the estimates we have, there is at least half a billion dollars in dollar bills and gold stored in this bunker

Daniel Hagari IDF spokesperson

IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Herzi Halevi announced they had hit “close to 30 targets across Lebanon” on Monday.

Many of these were places belonged to the financial-backers of Hezbollah known as Al-Qard Al-Hassan.

The firm – who are officially registered as a charity – have been sanctioned by the US for years.

Officials accuse Hezbollah of using the financial firm to cover up its own illegal spending and to gain access to the international financial system.

“The Israeli Air Force carried out a series of precise strikes on these Hezbollah financial strongholds,” Halevi said.

“One of our main targets last night was an underground vault with tens of millions of dollars in cash and gold.

“The money was being used to finance Hezbollah’s attacks on Israel.”

This bunker is separate to the one under the hospital in Beirut.

The IDF also confirmed they carried out a tactical airstrike in Syria on Monday as they aimed to eliminate the head of Hezbollah’s financial arm.

The unnamed official was responsible for funnelling cash from Iran to its proxy, Hagari claims.

The latest on the Middle East war

ISRAEL is now at war with Hamas in Gaza and Hezbollah in Lebanon - both Iran-backed militant groups.

The fighting in the Middle East has been ongoing for over a year now since Hamas launched the deadly October 7 massacre.

In the months following Israel hit back with constant waves of air attacks and a ground invasion of Gaza – prompting Iran and its proxies to jump to the aid of Hamas.

Lebanon-based Hezbollah has since faced IDF fury with Israel wiping out their top brass one after the other in precision strikes.

Israel also launched a ground operation in Lebanon earlier this month to weaken Hezbollah and push the terror group away from the border to allow displaced Israelis to return.

In the weeks since both sides have continued to hit the other.

One of Hezbollah’s biggest attacks saw them fire a salvo of more than 100 rockets into Israel, killing at least one person and injuring others in the northern region of the country.

Footage shared by the IDF shows a building destroyed by the rocket attack that was launched from Lebanon targeting innocent Israeli people.

In response, the IDF struck multiple targets inside Lebanon which they claim are Hezbollah strongholds.

Some of the buildings struck were Hezbollah’s intelligence headquarters and an underground weapons workshop in Beirut, Israel claims.

The Israeli military also issued fresh evacuation warnings for civilians staying in Beirut’s southern suburb.

IDF Col. Avichay Adraee said: “You are in the vicinity of Hezbollah facilities, which the IDF will operate against in the near future.”

In recent days, Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu was the target of a terrorist drone strike.

One of the buildings close to the Israeli leader’s family home was struck by the drone strike which appeared to come from Lebanon.

As Hamas kingpin Yahya Sinwar was also ruthlessly eliminated by Israeli troops after a firefight in Gaza.

Shocking footage shows evil Hamas boss Sinwar pathetically attempt to fight off a drone with a stick in a fittingly inglorious end for the October 7 mastermind.

Yung Filly ‘moves into longterm residence in Perth’ as he faces two-year stay in Australia awaiting rape trial

YUNG Filly has reportedly secured a long term residence in Perth as he faces a two-year wait for his rape trial.

The rapper, whose real name is Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, is barred from leaving Western Australia as he awaits the hearing.

Filly was brought by cops from Brisbane back to Perth after he was arrested[/caption]

Filly, 29, is facing four charges of rape against a 20-year-old woman after performing in the city at Bar1 Nightclub on September 27.

The YouTube star now has a Perth home for the next six months with his lawyer saying he will “lead a fairly quiet existence for a while”, the Daily Mail reports.

It comes as the Filly faces other strict bail conditions like visiting a police station each day and having to pay a $100,000 (£50,000) surety.

He also faces three counts of assault causing bodily harm and one count of impeding the woman’s normal breathing or circulation by applying pressure to the alleged victim’s neck.

Court documents have also revealed the moments leading up to the crimes police claim Filly committed.

The alleged victim, a university student, was with a friend in the VIP section of the Perth show Filly was performing.

She was said to have been drinking throughout the night until the early hours of the following day.

Once Filly had stopped performing and the club started to close the young woman is believed to have met up with the social media star.

The pair are then believed to have gone back to a hotel room together.

The alleged victim then claims she was sexually assaulted and raped inside the room on September 28.

The woman phoned her friend at around 5.31am – which detectives believe was immediately after the alleged assault, according to the documents.

Seamus Rafferty, Yung Filly’s lawyer, claims the woman didn’t mention any form of sexual misconduct in the short conversation to the pal.

WA Police Prosecutor Julius Depetro says despite the video, figuring out “what happened within that room will be the issue”.

He also claims prosecutors have photographs of the alleged victim which show a “history of what we say is violent acts”.

Police arrested the rapper in Brisbane, on Australia’s east coast, and flew him six hours back across the Outback to Perth.

Footage showed Filly being escorted through Perth airport with his hands cuffed in front of him on Wednesday flanked by two officials.

Further footage shows the influencer – who landed his own BBC show called Hot Property in 2019 – being placed in the back of a car.

The internet star was rapidly dropped by several brands and companies following the allegations.

FootAsylum, the Football Association (FA), Heinz and ASOS are among the biggest names to part ways with the internet personality.

One of Filly’s closest pals and fellow YouTuber, Chunkz, whose real name is Amin Mohamed, spoke out about the case for the first time last week.

In a clip posted to Instagram, he said: “Like everyone I’ve heard the reports coming out of Australia.

“While I understand many of you want my reaction on it, as this is an ongoing court case I hope you guys understand that I can’t and won’t be commenting on it publicly, so yeah I’ve just come on here to basically let you know the reasons as to why I can’t. Love.”

The pair worked together on their podcast The Chunkz and Filly Show and were due to put on a live show last week.

The show was quickly axed as organisers Troxy offered ticket-holders a refund.

It comes as The Sun spoke to a mum who has accused Filly of breaking her terminally ill son’s heart after he failed to keep a promise he made to the youngster.

The YouTuber told Mason Greaves, 12, he was there to “support him” and challenged him to a game of Fortnite in a video.

But mum Kelly Greaves claims the rapper instead ghosted her poorly son and even at one point told him to “shut up”.

Depetro told a court that “no ordinary person could consent” to what the images allegedly show.

Who is Yung Filly?

YUNG Filly gained a huge social media following thanks to his songs and comedy videos.

The influencer got his big break on YouTube in 2013 before moving into mainstream TV.

Although he goes by Yung Filly, his real name is Andres Felipé Barrientos.

He was born on August 6, 1995, and moved to the UK from Colombia when he was two years old.

Filly then relocated to southeast London during his childhood.

When asked what it was like growing up in the capital, he told Indy100: “I come from the bottom of the barrel…and that’s why I’m so grateful for the position I’m in now.

“My mum definitely shaped me with the lessons she taught me.

“She’s a single mum with three kids, my dad was a s*** dad so she just had to make it happen.

“She did loads of cleaning jobs. My mum worked at Poundland at the time I had some mad BBC series…just getting my mum out of the position she was in was just the biggest motivation.”

Filly is best known for being a member of comedy group The Wall of Comedy.

He is affiliated with fellow YouTuber Chunkz and the pair have collaborated on many videos and tracks.

Over the years, Filly has also taken part in The Sidemen‘s Charity Football Match, organised by members Josh Bradley, Simon Minter, Tobi Brown, KSI, Ethan Payne, Vikram Barn and Harry Lewis.

Luke Littler confirms he will appear on iconic ITV show as teen darts sensation prepares for TV role

LUKE LITTLER has confirmed he will appear on Bullseye as the iconic show returns to ITV.

A Christmas Special will air later this year with cricket legend Freddie Flintoff to host.

And darts sensation Littler will appear as a special guest, with the teen sharing the news on social media.

Littler’s confirmation came after SunSport exclusively revealed he would be taking part last week.

Excitement surrounding Littler’s surge to the World Darts Championship final as a 16-year-old is said to have inspired ITV bosses to revive the programme.

Professional darters were regular guests on the original series where they tried to score as many points as possible to bag money for charities chosen by the competing pairs of amateur player plus quizzer.

A TV insider said: “Luke wasn’t even born when Bullseye was on our screens with original host, Jim Bowen.

“But Luke knows this is a plum role to have landed.

“As he steps up to the Bullseye oche he knows he’s following in the footsteps of legends including Eric Bristow and Jocky Wilson who all threw darts on the programme in its 1980s heyday.

“It’s also a coup for the makers of the new Bullseye as Luke is now one of Britain’s best-known players.

“Producers moved swiftly to sign him shortly after the programme was recommissioned by ITV.”

Littler, 17, is also set to feature heavily in the first two episodes of a new Sky series about darts.

The documentary, titled ‘Darts’, could air later this year.
