CHARLES Barkley screamed “I can’t breathe” while coughing as smoke filled the NBA on TNT studio.
The Philadelphia 76ers legend was in his usual spot alongside Shaquille O’Neal and Co on Tuesday night.

They were showcasing the Golden State Warriors against New Orleans Pelicans game that evening.
Barkley was in the middle of a segment about the New York Knicks trade for Karl-Anthony Towns.
As he talked about the situation, smoke started to fill the set, surrounding him.
The 61-year-old could be seen visibly stunned, with a bemused look on his face.
“Apparently the smoke machine is going a bit haywire over there,” Host Ernie Johnson said:
Barkley’s colleague Kenny Smith then joked he thought Snoop Dogg was entering the studio.
“Ya’ll trying to kill me man,” Barkley said, choking through the smoke.
“I’ve already dodged some bullets, literally today.
“Now ya’ll got me out here, I can’t even breathe.”
The rest of the cast then claimed it was all part of a prank by Shaq and the crew.
Barkley tried to continue his point about the Knicks and their new star Towns.
But the smoke machine started again, forcing him to stop and start coughing.
“That’s got Shaq’s fingerprints all over it,” Johnson added.
“Let your man complete his thought here, this is important.”

Shaq could be seen laughing on the set, with the incident leaving Miller and Co in hysterics.
The smoke then stated to billow out for a third time.
“It’s hard to talk when I can’t breathe,” said Barkley.
“Damn, quit smoking over here ya’ll.”
Shaq then held his hands up, claiming he had nothing to do with the incident.
Barkley was allowed to finish his remarks and the show finally continued.
But live TV viewers are home were loving the incident, and the NBA on TNT team as a whole.
One said: “Soooo funny.”
Another added: “I love these guys.”
