Costco shoppers are just waking up to the ‘grade A’ Korean snack people say they ‘destroy’ in one sitting

COSTCO shoppers are only just realising the supermarket is selling a “Grade A” Korean snack that has been dubbed “the best”.

It did not take long for fans on Reddit to spread the news and praise the Soban Premium Korean Sweet & Spicy Puffs.

One Reddit post on r/Costco said: “Costco has some grade-a chips. I’m not a big chip guy personally but you gotta try this.

“These are probably the best I’ve had in a long time and as a regular customer I will be highly upset if all stop selling these”

Costco is currently selling them across various stores for $8.99 for a gigantic 10.58oz bag.

Fans are now rushing to the stores to buy packs of Korean chips which come coated with fired chicken seasoning.

Sharing their love for the snack, one user wrote: ” I destroyed the bag in one sitting last time I got them. It was amazing.”

While another shopper wrote: “These were SO GOOD. I almost missed them but thankfully had to do a second lap around the aisle.”

While a third person said: “Oh yeah these are good

“Good party snacks or picnic snacks, I take some to work and share with coworkers at times and they love them.”

It comes after Costco fans admitted they are genuinely upset after a snack found in Chinese warehouses isn’t available at the chain’s American food courts.

Members have been left baffled at why the wholesaler doesn’t offer buckets of fried chicken to its customers.

A member shared a picture on Reddit taken at a Costco food court in Hangzhou, China – around 109 miles from Shanghai – that showed the fried item on the menu.

Shoppers could also pick up classics such as hot dogs, pizza, and burgers.

But the picture of the fried chicken bucket caused a stir online.

It has left American members feeling slightly left out.

American members have also been left jealous after realizing Canadian Costco outlets serve poutine.

Poutine is a dish made up of French fries and cheese curd and is topped with lashings of gravy.

One of the popular snacks at Costco food courts in the US is the hot dog and soda combo deal.

The fast-food item costs just $1.50, but there were fears that its price would increase.

Shoppers were worried the price would jump because of the impact of inflation.

But, those concerns were alleviated by Costco CFO Gary Millerchip.

In May, he confirmed the $1.50 price was safe.

Although the price of the hot dog has remained constant, the cost of a membership has increased.
