Crunchyroll has acquired the North American and select international theatrical rights for Attack on Titan: THE LAST ATTACK, the series’ fifth compilation film that retells the last two parts from the anime’s final season. The film premiered last month in Japan and until now, had no updates regarding an international release.
Together with Sony Pictures Entertainment, Crunchyroll will bring this colossal omnibus film to fans outside of Japan all in the first quarter of 2025. In North America, the rights extend to the U.S. and Canada with a release date of February 10. In the EMEA region, the film will be available in Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, the U.K. and Ireland between February 12 to 26.
Meanwhile, the APAC region has the earliest release dates from the list, with a February 6 release date for both Australia and New Zealand. The film will also be released in Latin America, spanning Brazil, Mexico and other select countries, but official dates have yet to be announced.
Attack on Titan: THE LAST ATTACK marks a significant milestone for the franchise, as it is the first-ever theatrical release for the series.
