Versatile actress Mona Vasu who was recently seen playing the manipulative mother in Sony SAB’s Vanshaj, has bagged a new show. She has been roped in to play a key role in Producer Mukta Dhond’s upcoming show for Colors. Yes, as we know, Mukta’s banner Malhar Content Creators will soon come up with a fiction show, a love tale for Colors. The show will have Kathaa Ankahee fame Adnan Khan and Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin fame Ayesha Singh playing the leads.

We now hear of Mona playing the main antagonist in the show.
As per a reliable source, “Mona who is a prolific actress will have a powerful role to play and will be the main negative force in the show.”
We buzzed Mona but did not get through to her.
We reached out to the Producer and channel spokesperson but did not get revert till we filed the story.
As for Mona, she recently shot for Sunshine Productions’ upcoming webseries titled Knock Knock which will stream on Amazon miniTV.
Malhar Content Creators have Kaise Mujhe Tum Mil Gaye on Zee TV, starring Arijit Taneja and Sriti Jha doing well presently.
