MIAMI Dolphins receiver Grant DuBose was carted off the field in a scary scene during Sunday’s game.
DuBose, 23, was injured when he tried to catch a pass during Miami’s game against the Houston Texans.
He collided with Texans defender Calen Bullock and was left motionless on the floor.
CBS cut away from the NFL game and didn’t show a replay of the incident.
But the game was held up for almost 10 minutes as medics rushed to treat him.
DuBose’s jersey was cut off him and he was placed onto a stretcher.
His teammates all circled round and prayed as he was being tended too.
Coach Mike McDaniel was seen on the CBS feed looking emotional as it played out.
The 23-year-old was given a standing ovation as he left the field on a stretcher.
The Miami Dolphins later shared a health update on the young wide receiver.
They said, “Dolphins WR Grant DuBose has been ruled out with a head injury.
“He is in stable condition and being taken to a local hospital for further evaluation.”
DuBose, 23, is a second-year receiver in the NFL.
He was selected in the seventh round of the 2023 NFL Draft by the Green Bay Packers.
And he was claimed by the Dolphins off waivers in August after being released.
