‘He Called Her a Bastard!’ – Peter Ndlovu Shamed Over R600 Child Support

“He Pays Only R600 Per Month & Calls His Daughter A Bastard” – Peter Ndlovu Shamed By Baby Mama Over Neglect Claims

Football icon Peter Ndlovu, fondly remembered for his electrifying performances on the pitch, now faces a storm of controversy off it. His former partner, Florence Dlamini, has accused the Zimbabwe Warriors legend of neglecting their daughter whom he allegedly calls a “bastard” and providing a meagre R600 in monthly child support. In a series of emotional revelations, Dlamini shared her pain and struggles, painting a stark contrast to the public image of the celebrated star.

“He Called My Child a Bastard”

The Chronicle reports that  Dlamini detailed a painful encounter that has haunted her ever since.

“I called Peter during one of the darkest times in my life. My mother was in ICU, battling cancer, and I asked him to take care of his daughter while I stayed by her side in the hospital,” she said, her voice trembling.

Instead of offering help, she claimed, he lashed out.

“He shouted at me and said, ‘Why are you bothering me? Your bastard child is not my problem.’ Those words cut deeper than a knife. How can someone deny his own blood like that?”

Dlamini said she was forced to juggle caring for her critically ill mother and providing for her daughter, all while dealing with Ndlovu’s refusal to step up.

“I didn’t ask him to pay my mother’s medical bills. All I wanted was for him to be a father to our child. But he shut the door on me when I needed him most,” she added.

Struggling Alone

After her mother’s death, Dlamini’s challenges only intensified.

“I travelled to Zimbabwe for the funeral, leaving my daughter with a helper. I had no money left after paying for my mother’s medical expenses and funeral. Friends and colleagues came together to contribute, but it wasn’t enough,” she explained.

When she turned to Ndlovu for help, the response was the same.

“He told me he was in Tanzania and couldn’t assist. For someone who posts about his expensive cars and flashy lifestyle, it’s heartbreaking that he refuses to send more than R600. That amount barely covers food, let alone other needs,” she said.

Dlamini described the humiliation of constantly begging for support.

“I have to keep pleading, week after week, while he lives like a king. Meanwhile, his daughter asks me, ‘Why doesn’t Daddy love me?’ How do I even begin to answer that?”

Public Backlash and Silence

The emotional saga has ignited fierce debates on social media, with many calling on Ndlovu to take responsibility.

“I’m not doing this for attention,” Dlamini said. “I just want my child to have what she deserves. A father who loves her, who sees her, and who supports her.”

Despite repeated attempts to reach him, Ndlovu has remained silent on the allegations. However, the football legend has been seen celebrating a lavish lifestyle, including a R2.6 million 2024 BMW X6M Sport Competition gifted by businessman Wicknell Chivayo.

Dlamini hopes that by speaking out, she can inspire change.

“This isn’t just about money. It’s about love, responsibility, and being there for your child. I don’t want to be labelled a bitter mother. I just want my daughter to know she’s worth fighting for,” she said.
