There are many leaks for Helldivers 2. They all come from data mines, and some of them even include gameplay, but not all of them will see the light of day because plans don’t always come true and ideas are scrapped. But while data mined content is not guaranteed to become a reality, a Helldivers 2 leak has shared new weapons that could possibly be ‘used in an upcoming warband’.
As for what we know is coming in the future for HD2, Arrowhead has confirmed that they are fixes the game’s most divisive featurehowever, they are moving forward cautiously as it could affect the player experience both “positively and negatively”. Besides, we know one renovation is on the way for the jetpackand while collaborations are complicated, Arrowhead CCO has revealed a crossover they want “that would be the sickest thing imaginable“.
While more upgrades are exciting, players always look forward to new Warbonds. The latest Warbond is Truth Enforcers, and it just came out on October 31st so we won’t be seeing the next Warbond for quite some time. Arrowhead always keeps things close to its chest, but a leak has shared datamined weapons that could possibly be used for a future Helldivers 2 Warbond.
Helldivers 2 leak shows old Dune weapons
On the HelldiversLeaks subreddit, verified leaker Asunderknight has shared images of data mined “old Dune weapon“. They are labeled as Dune Walker and Dune Strider.
According to Asunderknight, these are the filenames, but the “actual in-game names may vary”. Additionally, although shared on November 7th, these weapons were datamined on February 26th. Nothing is shared other than speculation that they “may be used in an upcoming Warbond”.

In addition to these weapons, similar armors have previously been leaked as shared by YouTubers Thordan. Comments on Asunderknight’s Reddit post also include images of the leaked armor with stats.
According to leaks, the armor rating is 100, the speed is 500, and the stamina regen is also 100. Also, the passives are as follows:
- Engineering kit:
- Reduces additional recoil when crouching or leaning by 30%
- Increases initial inventory and capacity of grenades by +2
It’s not guaranteed that this armor and weapons will be included in a Warbond, or even if they are, there’s no way to know exactly when since the datamine dates back to February.
Hopefully they will come to fruition as both the armor and weapons look fantastic. They look very primal, and they are definitely unique compared to everything else already in HD2.
