HAKIM ZIYECH has declared he will leave Galatasaray in January after insisting he “does not want” to play for the club.
The attacking midfielder joined the Turkish side on loan from Chelsea in 2023 before the switch was made permanent in the summer.

Ziyech, 31, impressed in his first season at Galatasaray as he scored eight goals in only 23 appearances.
However, he has seen his game time limited this season with as he has only featured 11 times this season.
The Morocco international has now hit out at manager Okan Buruk.
He has claimed that the coach is at a level so “low” that Ziyech has not experienced before.
The midfielder has gone on insist that he will leave the club in the January transfer window.
Furthermore, he has claimed that he “regrets” making the move to the club in the first place.
He said: “Galatasaray is over for me. I don’t want to play here anymore. I’m leaving in January.
“I’ve never seen a coach of such a low level.

“I don’t care that much [if joining Galatasaray was a mistake].
“I want to be left alone, no matter what happens. I regret coming here.”
Ziyech had been at Chelsea for four seasons prior to his move to Turkey.
During his time at Stamford Bridge, he only managed six goals in 64 Premier League appearances.
However, he was a part of the squad that won the Champions League under Thomas Tuchel in 2021.
Meanwhile, this season Galatasaray are leading the Turkish Super Lig by six points.
The Istanbul-based side has won 13 of their 15 league matches and are yet to suffer a defeat.
