It is understood viewers are having problems logging in and with the quality of the feed.
They have also complained of audio issues and with their streams cutting in and out.
One said: “Netflix fix this dude not doing this all day.”
Another added: “Audio issues on Netflix already.”
A third commented: “Netflix sucks.”
A fourth replied: “Netflix can’t do live cause there is a little buffering can’t do that with football that’s not America!”
And a viewer raged: “I read something last week that said Netflix’s infrastructure is fine & capable of carrying the streaming load.
“The problem is with local service providers who have the limited capacity & bandwidth to satisfy the load created by Netflix.
“Dunno if true.”
“I am so far behind the TV network stream,” said another.
Netflix are yet to comment on the issues.
It all comes after Netflix had the same problems with their stream of Jake Paul against Mike Tyson.
NFL on Netflix
Netflix will be the global home of the NFL on Christmas Day this year.
The streaming service will show two special holiday games live around the world.
Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs kick off the double header against the Pittsburgh Steelers at 1 pm ET.
And they’ll be followed by the Baltimore Ravens at the Houston Texans from 4.30 pm ET.
That game will also feature a halftime show from Beyonce in her home town of Houston, Texas.
Netflix also confirmed their broadcast team for the day, led by Fox NFL commentator Greg Olsen and former Good Morning Football host Kay Adams.
The broadcasting giant claimed they had fixed those issues and had put new systems in place to stop it happening.
Netflix are expanding their coverage into live sports.
They have also shown a hot dog eating contest featuring legend Joey Chestnut.
There are rumors they will now move into soccer, specially the Premier League in the UK.
The Chiefs are facing the Steelers looking to win their third Super Bowl title in a row.
