Along with her role on Speak! Taylor is also the co-host of Like A Girl on Fuse TV.
Together with MJ Acosta-Ruiz, they interview female sports stars, executives, and coaches about their lives and careers.
The most recent episode saw them speak with MMA stars Melissa Amaya and Lucero Acosta.
On Friday, Taylor shared a sneak peek from the episode on her Instagram Stories, in which Amaya taught her how to fight.

“That way, my own shoulder is choking me too,” Amaya explained of the move.
“My life is in your hands right now.”
Joy Taylor’s media rise
Joy Taylor has risen through the ranks at Fox Sports after joining the network in 2016.
She previously hosted Undisputed – where she moderated between Skip Bayless and Shannon Sharpe.
Taylor, 37, also worked on The Herd with Colin Cowherd and had her own self-titled radio show.
In September 2022, the presenter was announced as host of Speak, which she currently works alongside LeSean McCoy and Emmanuel Acho.
But the show wasn’t just a physical workout, but a mental one as well.
In another segment of the episode released on Instagram, Taylor opened up on the importance of prioritizing your mental health.
“I don’t even really like to talk about mental health as this thing that is separate from your overall health,” Taylor said.
“It’s like going to the dentist, it’s like going to get a checkup.”
She went on to add that she had “a great relationship with therapy now and I’m obviously very comfortable talking about it because I think that it is good for people even if you don’t have trauma or something that serious to deal with.”
