Lawsuit Alleges Metro Boomin Raped and Impregnated Unconscious, Depressed Woman

Grammy-winning producer Metro Boomin has been slapped with a lawsuit by a woman named Vanessa LeMaistre, and the allegations are quite serious.

The woman has accused Metro Boomin of having raped her in 2016.

Media outlet TMZ has obtained details of the lawsuit filed by Vanessa LeMaistre, which details trauma and the alleged events leading up to the incident.

Vanessa also stated that she initially bonded with Metro Boomin during a spring 2016 trip to Las Vegas. Vanessa LeMaistre stated that she was frail and was battling depression due to the death of her nine-month-old baby.

After getting connected, Metro had brought her to his studio in Los Angeles, where she saw him taking Codeine despite warnings from others close to him.

LeMaistre remembers consuming a shot of wine and half a Xanax in an attempt to lessen her sorrow at her son’s death.

She later passed out on the couch in the studio and later when she regained her senses, found herself on the bed with Metro on top of her, engaging in oral sex and sexual activity.

Later she passed out again and woke up in a hotel in Beverly Hills.

Metro later told her to leave, and LeMaistre stated that she does not remember how she got to the hotel.

Vanessa LeMaistre stated that after the alleged assault, she found that she was pregnant and alleged that it was because of Metro, because she was not dating anyone.

As per the court documents which were obtained by TMZ, Vanessa LeMaistre decided to terminate the pregnancy in November 2016.

Vanessa LeMaistre’s lawyer also alleged that Metro Boomin used the tragedy in the lyrics of his 2017 song “Rap Saved Me,” which featured Quavo, Offset, and 21 Savage.

The lyrics in the song included verses like,

“She took a Xanny / Then she fainted / I’m from the gutter… ain’t no changing”

Vanessa LeMaistre alleged that the song was a scornful account of her alleged assault and her drugged-out condition.

The lawsuit filed by LeMaistre is seeking punitive damages, suffering, and mental distress associated with the claim.

However, no specific amount of money has been sought and Metro Boomin’s representatives have yet to respond to the accusations of the court documents, according to the TMZ report.
