A video surfaced on the social media platform X which showed a person wearing a blue jacket and denim skateboarding across a parking lot.
The person was nimble as a cat and his antics could rival the best skateboard experts when he jumps over a medium fence.
The post soon drew more attention and the same video was shared by a different account on X but with a title “incredible skateboarding skills” by Mangione.
The post continued,
“Cultural Touchstone Luigi Mangione stuns in newly discovered footage displaying his incredible skateboarding skills!”
The post soon drew thousands of comments from users who were dazzled by the skill and finesse of Mangione’s apparent talent or baffled by his newfound fame.
Many users did not flinch to comment that his skills could rival even the most professional skateboarders.
One user wrote,
“Bro is gaining aura every day, sigh,”
Another user commented,
“HOW DOES HE KEEP GETTING COOLER BRO?”
A Third user commented,
“This is professional skater stuff,”
One user even joked how Luigi Mangione is a master in different areas of life despite the serious charges he is facing.
However, the truth soon dawned when the video was debunked by the X’s Community Notes which revealed that the video is actually of a professional skateboarder Guy Azulay, not Mangione.
The video was originally posted on Azulay’s Instagram account before it found its way to the X platform. It was also revealed that the video was taken by Trevor Dare.
However despite the video being confirmed as not of Luigi Mangione, it continued to spread on social media and many netizens still believed that it was Luigi Mangione.
