PRINCE Harry made James Corden so furious with a tipsy jibe that David Beckham had to step in, it has been reported.
The now Duke of Sussex, 40, has been pals with TV host Corden for about a decade.

But their close friendship, previously dubbed a “Royal bromance”, got off to a very shaky start.
Harry was having a “pre-Christmas boys’ p*** up” at the Arts Club in Mayfair in 2011, according to the Daily Mail.
He was joined by A-list friends including ex-footballer David Beckham and producer Ben Winston.
Corden, 46, was starring in the West End’s One Man, Two Guvnors and went to the party as soon as he came off stage.
But upon arrival, tipsy Harry is said to have made a joke about the Gavin and Stacey star’s appearance.
Corden was allegedly “absolutely raging” after the comment, which the paper chose not to disclose.
A source said: “There was rapture when he arrived. He was a much-loved part of the group and there were hugs and giggles.
“The group was pretty large. There were some of Harry’s friends, some of James’ friends and some of David’s gang and they all intertwined.
“Then it all kicked off, James was furious. It quickly emerged that Harry had told a joke and James definitely did not find it funny.”
But Beckham, 49, then acted as a peacemaker and “talked to both sides and reassured Corden that no harm was meant by the cruel comment.”
The pair made up and have maintained a close friendship over the years ever since.
James joined the throng of stars at Harry’s lavish Windsor Castle wedding to Meghan Markle in 2018.
The men are so close that the celeb even acted as a compere at the couple’s reception later that day.
During a private reception with friends and family at Frogmore House, James provided some comic relief by striding “into the middle of the tent dressed as Henry VIII“.
Prince Harry went on to appear on The Late Late Show after quitting the Royal Family and moving to LA.
They had a wide-ranging chat about the press, serving the public, being a Royal – and Harry even performed a brief rap.
The friends were filmed chatting aboard an open-air double decker bus while touring LA as they enjoyed a British-style afternoon tea.
