PTT Station announced a reduction in retail petrol prices by 0.50 baht per litre for all types of gasoline and gasohol, effective today, October 17 after 5am. The new prices will come into effect starting today.
The announcement from PTT Station outlines that the price for regular petrol will now be 43.64 baht per litre. Gasohol 95 will be available at 35.45 baht per litre, Gasohol 91 at 35.08 baht per litre, E20 at 33.34 baht per litre, E85 at 33.09 baht per litre, and Premium Gasohol 95 at 44.04 baht per litre, said a PTT Station spokesperson.
“PTT Station consistently aims to provide competitive pricing to benefit our consumers.”
Diesel prices will remain unchanged. Diesel B7 will continue to be priced at 32.94 baht per litre, Diesel B20 at 32.94 baht per litre, and Premium Diesel B7 at 44.94 baht per litre. It is important to note that these retail prices do not include Bangkok maintenance tax.
The reduction in petrol prices is expected to provide some relief to motorists amid rising living costs. Regular adjustments in fuel prices are part of PTT Station’s effort to align with global oil price trends and domestic economic conditions.
“We are committed to monitoring and adjusting our prices in line with international markets, ensuring our customers receive the best possible rates.”

In related news, a petrol station employee in Bang Rakam district, Phitsanulok province, allegedly pretended to pump fuel but did not dispense any petrol before attempting to collect a payment, prompting a customer to capture the incident on video.
A Facebook page known for exposing such incidents, อยากดังเดี๋ยวจัดให้ รีเทริน์ part 7, highlighted a complaint from a customer about a specific petrol station in Bang Rakam district.
