Sister Wives’ Kody and Robyn Brown accept full $1.7m cash offer on Arizona home as stars buy $2.1m mansion

SISTER Wives stars Kody and Robyn Brown have accepted a full $1,775,000 cash offer for their Flagstaff, Arizona home, The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal.

Kody, 55, and Robyn, 46, sold their five-bedroom, four-bathroom home in Flagstaff, Arizona for $1,775,000 on November 4 after purchasing the abode for $890,000 in August 2019.

According to the Affidavit of Property Value exclusively obtained by The U.S. Sun, the couple accepted a full cash offer on the abode.

The buyer provided a $1,775,000 down payment for the property in cash.

The buyer, a Las Vegas-based company, will use the property as a secondary residence.

The benefits of accepting a full cash offer for the seller include a quicker closing and the offer being less likely to fall through.

The couple listed the house in August 2024 for $1,650,000.

The Sister Wives stars made a $885,000 profit when selling the home for $1,775,000.

A real estate description for the home, which has been featured on the TLC series, reads: “Backing the National Forest on a picturesque two-acre lot, this home is truly one of a kind. As you approach, the heated driveway welcomes you, providing a luxurious entrance to your own private retreat.”

The main level has the primary bedroom with a spa-like bathroom and walk-in closet.

The listing continued, “The heart of the home is the huge kitchen, equipped with a six-burner cooktop and a double oven, a commercial-size refrigerator/freezer, and a walk-in pantry with space for an additional fridge.”

MOVING ON

The parents of five purchased a six-bedroom, seven-bathroom mansion in Flagstaff, Arizona for $2,100,000 on October 24.

In the Deed of Trust exclusively obtained by The U.S. Sun, Kody and Robyn took out a loan for $1,680,000, which is 20 percent of the purchase price.

They put a down payment of $420,000.

The TLC stars are required to pay the debt in monthly installments by November 1, 2054.

The home will be their primary residence, according to the documents.

A real estate description for the new home reads, “Welcome to this magnificent and spacious estate that provides a unique opportunity to own a luxurious and versatile move-in ready property that boasts significant upgrades, many of which can be controlled from a smartphone.”

The 7,784 square-foot home features a guest house, detached RV garage with a workshop area and space for seven cars.

Kody and Robyn also own property called Coyote Pass, which was purchased in 2018 for $820,000.

Robyn and his then-wives Janelle, 55, Christine, 52, and Meri, 53, planned to build homes on the property.

The U.S. Sun can confirm Kody has not filed permits to begin building on Coyote Pass.

MONEY TROUBLES

The real estate shakeup comes after Kody has been experiencing financial issues in recent years.

Kody has blamed money troubles for stalling the building of the homes on Coyote Pass.

A source previously told The U.S. Sun, “They haven’t done any work on Coyote Pass because of how much it will cost to build and, of course, stopped their plans altogether once the wives left.”

Kody’s second wife Janelle, who is now separated from the patriarch, expressed the financial issues in the family last season.

She said, “We moved to Flagstaff and we bought this property. We had a vision we would all build on it. The way that we were able to buy it is we paid mostly cash for it.

“We had to take a private mortgage on a portion of it. We just didn’t have the cash for it. If we do not pay it off, we are in jeopardy of losing the land, just like any other mortgage. Kody sticks his hand in the sand.”

She then broke down over allegedly having no money to her name because it is tied up in the land, which she still owns today

FAMILY BREAKDOWN

Kody has separated from three of his four wives.

Christine announced her split from Kody in November 2021.

She moved to Utah with their teen daughter Truely, 14, and announced her engagement to David Woolley in April after just months of dating.

The couple married in October 2023.

The U.S. Sun reported Christine signed over the parcel in her name to Kody and Robyn for just $10 on July 28, 2022.

Christine expressed her unhappiness in the marriage with Kody on Sister Wives, as he spent most of his time at Robyn’s home with their five children.

Christine is now suing Kody for custody of Truley and child support.

Janelle and Kody announced their split on Sister Wives: One on One in January 2023.

On the series, the couple also fought over Kody living primarily with Robyn and his feud with their sons over their refusal to follow his strict covid rules.

Janelle purchased a farm in North Carolina with her daughter Maddie and son-in-law Caleb called Taeda Farms.

Meri announcing her split from Kody then followed as they had been living separate lives for years.

She now lives in Utah, where she runs her bed and breakfast Lizzie’s Heritage Inn.

Season 19 of Sister Wives airs on Sundays at 10 pm ET on TLC.
