A SKYDIVER was tragically killed after walking backwards into a plane propeller while taking photos.
Amanda Gallagher, 37, was taking snaps of fellow skydivers when she was struck by the propeller at an airfield in Kansas.

She was rushed to hospital with critical injuries after the freak accident at Wichita Cook Airfield on October 26 and later died.
A spokesperson for Cook Airfield said: “Our hearts go out to the family and friends of the young lady who died yesterday after a tragic accident with an airplane propeller on Cook Airfield.
“I wasn’t there when it happened, so I will not speculate on what could have or should have happened differently.”
The incident remains under investigation, however according to reports her death is being treated as an accident.
Friends and family have paid tribute to her, describing her as “beautiful inside and out”.
On Facebook, Ashley Nicole Willard commented: “She was a very close family friend, so close, I would consider her a sister.
“A ceremony should be held in her honor or something should be always proudly displayed honoring Amanda and her love for photography and her recent passion for skydiving.”
A GoFundMe to cover funeral costs has been launched following the horrific ordeal in Kansas.
The deceased has been described as a kind and loving person by her grieving loved ones on her GoFundMe page.
The description reads: “Amanda Gallagher was kind, adventurous, creative and beautiful inside and out.
“She was a loving daughter, sister, aunt and friend and will be greatly missed.”
The loving tribute, penned by Abbey Charboneau goes onto say that Amanda died whilst doing the things she loved most.
Abbey continued: “On October 26th, Amanda passed away in a very sad accident, doing what she loved, skydiving and taking pictures!
“As her family processes through this tragic accident, they could use your help covering the funeral expenses.
“Please consider helping them out and also keeping them all in your prayers.”
The page has currently raised nearly $6,000 (£4,624), and has seen 65 donations.
The $12,000 (£9,247) target is nearly halfway to being reached.
