TEEN Mom Jenelle Evans’ ex David Eason has claimed she put “penis” before her own family in a nasty text exchange leaked in divorce court.
In documents exclusively obtained by The U.S. Sun, Jenelle, 32, and David, 36, engaged in a vicious back and forth that included him begging to speak with their daughter Ensley, 8, her accusing him of stealing her son’s pricey tech device, and him accusing her of only caring about men.

In a text exchange from February 23 of this year, David wrote: “It would be nice to at least talk to Ensley” – which got no response from Jenelle.
The following morning, he texted: “I would really like to see my baby girl, please, babe.”
The Teen Mom 2 star responded a short while later: “You can talk to Ensley on the phone in like 30 minutes.”
David then asked to pick their daughter and Jenelle’s son Kaiser up to take them out for the day, which Jenelle declined.
On the morning of March 7, David asked for Jenelle to let Ensley call him before school, but Jenelle said their daughter was already there.
Later on that evening, Jenelle began accusing David of taking her son’s Oculus, an expensive virtual reality headset.
“Do you know where Kaiser’s Oculus went?” she asked, to which David responded, “Can you have Ensley call me, please LMAO.”
Jenelle asked again, but David said, “Can you please have Ensley call me, please?”
The following day, on March 8, they revisited the issue of the Oculus.
She asked David if he had the registration to their Toyota Sequoia, and that it may have been in the mail he took that also included her son Jace’s medication.
David responded that he had put the mail in the shed and gave her the medicine.
She then asked for David to drop Kaiser’s Oculus off at her attorney’s office.
David said he would only if he was allowed to get his dirt bike from her home.
“If I can come by and get my dirt bike, I need transportation because my truck is broken. You can put it by the road.”
Jenelle responded: “So you’re going to hold the child’s toys from Kaiser because of your truck being broken. That’s not Kaiser’s fault.”
On March 9, David asked for Ensley to call him around 5:30pm.
Jenelle declined to get Ensley, and said she was “busy.”
David responded: “Getting some good penis.”
A frustrated David, who had been trying to get his daughter on the phone, told Jenelle ‘penis’ is more important to her than putting him on the phone with his daughter[/caption]
Jenelle also accused David of taking her middle son, Kaiser’s expensive virtual reality headset[/caption]
Jenelle also accused David of taking a check for her daughter Ensley’s four-wheeler and of using her credit card for Stretch Lab[/caption]
“You can talk to her tomorrow morning. I’m busy with my phone tonight,” Jenelle said.
“Oh, I’m sure anything is more important to you, especially penis,” David replied.
The reality star then said “Leave me alone. Stop texting me,” to which David replied with a simple “F*** you b****.”
MORE ACCUSATIONS
Between March 14 and March 24, Jenelle accused David of taking a check that was meant for Ensley’s four wheeler, and sent David what appeared to be a $209 receipt from a fitness studio called Stretch Lab.
“Stop using my card for everything. Use your own money,” she texted. “I’m going to press charges on you this week.”
On March 27, she again asked David about texting her manager turned boyfriend, August Keen.
“Don’t text August acting like you didn’t take $1,600 from me within 48 hours,” she said. “Make your own money and stop taking mine. That was money for the mortgage you took. Thanks a lot.”
On May 10, she said: “If you’re calling to talk to Ensley, please text me first to make sure we’re available. If you’re calling for anything other than to check on or speak with Ensley, please contact my attorney.”
Then, finally, in an undated text, Jenelle went off on her estranged husband in a long text.
“You’ve been MIA for days, refuse to respond or read any of the texts I sent you two days ago.
“You keep putting Jace down and don’t give a f*** about his situation. You don’t love him. You don’t care about him.
“Your phone was off for like, 12 hours after you drank at the bar and took shots. Used my money to pay for it. Use my money for everything.
“You get a little bit of money from Only Fans, but that’s not enough. You don’t take care of your family. I’m done.
“There’s nothing more to discuss. I tried so hard to make this relationship work, but you want to ignore my emotions, and you’re never there for me when I need you the f****** most.
“It’s to the point where I cry all the time about how sad I am, and you don’t care, and you have never cared. You’re not romantic, passionate about us, you’re not motivated to do anything in life. I’m done. We will discuss the future and next steps soon. For now, please leave me alone,” she concluded.
David then responded: “You just 100% described yourself. Keep lying to yourself, you’re starting to believe it.”
As The U.S. Sun previously revealed, Jenelle submitted several pieces of evidence into their divorce case including her earnings statements that showed $44,000 dollars in income over the course of just a month.
Jenelle filed for divorce from David several months after he was accused of strangling her oldest son Jace in an incident in September of 2023.
Over the summer, she moved her three children across the country from their home in North Carolina to live near her boyfriend August, in Las Vegas.
JENELLE’S DIVORCE DEMANDS
In her divorce complaint, Jenelle asked the court to award her primary physical custody of their only daughter together.
During a hearing this past summer, Jenelle was awarded temporary sole custody of Ensley.
Jenelle and David’s relationship timeline
The tumultuous pair have had their fair share of falling outs
Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans met David Eason on Tinder in September of 2015.
Jenelle got pregnant in April 2016 and announced she suffered a miscarriage, then she became pregnant again with her and David’s daughter, Ensley, a few months later.
The pair got engaged in February 2017 and tied the knot that September.
A year after saying “I do,” Jenelle called 911 and accused David of assaulting her outside their home. She would later call the incident “a drunk and dramatic misunderstanding” and said she was “fine.”
In around May 2019, David shot and killed their French bulldog puppy named Nugget. Weeks after the incident, CPS took custody of all of the children, including their daughter, Ensley, Jenelle’s son, Kaiser, and David’s daughter, Maryssa.
When her children were returned to her, Jenelle fled to Tennessee with Kaiser and Ensley and filed an order of protection against David in October. She ultimately dropped the case and went back to him.
In the following years, the couple sparked split rumors as the pair would often unfollow each other on social media and update their Facebook relationship statuses.
As The U.S. Sun exclusively reported, on February 23, 2024, Jenelle filed for separation from David. She stated that she filed the documents with “the intent that the separation be permanent” and claimed that Eason had “exhibited concerning and at times disturbing behavior towards [her]” throughout their marriage.
She has also asked the court to distribute their marital property in her favor as she is the sole breadwinner in the family.
She has also asked to be granted their martial home on what they termed The Land.
In her complaint, she argued about the home that David had “made several statements that plaintiff cannot keep him from ‘his’ home.”
Jenelle told the court that she needed the house for the “sole use enjoyment and possession of the property for the benefit of plaintiff and the minor children.”
She asked that the house be sequestered for her use.
