‘The Masked Singer’ reveals Bluebell’s identity: Here’s who was under the costume

The Masked Singer“celebrated”60s night‘ on Wednesday, with the Group B finalists opening the show with a performance of ‘Fun Fun Fun’ by The Beach Boys.

This week, the Group B singers came back and sang their hearts out for the Golden Masked Trophy, but in the end, Bluebell was selected to be sent home.

“The Masked Singer” featured a Grammy-nominated singer and actress Natalie Imbrugliawhich rose to prominence in the 1990s for hit pop songs including “Tower”.

After her reveal, the 49-year-old explained her attempts to hide her Australian accent from the judges.

“You did a good job disguising her voice,” panelist Robin Thicke said, adding, “But you played the game so well. You fooled us.”

Jenny McCarthy-Wahlberg added: “I’ve been waiting for you to come on our show forever.”

Imbruglia told the audience it was “so much fun” to do the dancing and choreography, things she doesn’t usually do as a musician.

“Thank you for getting me ‘The Masked Singer.’” It’s been amazing, she added.

Double Elimination Night

As it was a Double Elimination Night on “The Masked Singer”, Goo and Wasp battled it out in an epic Battle Royale performance in hopes of a coveted spot in the quarterfinals.

Despite Wasp’s survival from elimination, the judges chose to use the Ding Dong Keep It On Bell – a bell that can only be used once in a season – to also save Goo from elimination.

“It feels incredible to survive and advance,” Goo told the audience and judges. “I’ll see you guys in the quarterfinals, and I’ll bring it.”
