Tom Brady and Derek Jeter’s $22.5 million 30,000ft ex-mansion damaged from deadly Hurricane Milton’s destructive path

Derek Jeter owned the mansion, before he sold it for a staggering £22.5 million[/caption]

The 47-year-old lived in the house with ex-wife Gisele Bundchen, as he guided the Buccaneers to a shock Super Bowl win.

As carnage raged around it, the 30,000ft mansion was smashed by 120mph winds from the Category 3 storm.

Exclusive drone shots taken by The Sun U.S. show the backyard strewn with debris.

Fence panels lay destroyed and the swimming pool ruined from the raging rainfall.

The back area is decimated with trees smashed and the grass covered in unknown waste.

The top of the luxury mansion is weather worn, with other damage to fixtures and fittings.

The dock, attached to the Hillsborough Bay, also looked like it had been damaged.

However, it had a lucky escape compared to neighbors, whose homes were destroyed in the carnage of Milton.

At least eleven people are dead in the Florida region, with that toll feared to be rising on Thursday afternoon.

Brady lived in the house, based in the posh Davis Islands area of Tampa, in 2020 with Gisele, and their family.

He had been renting the property from MLB legend Derek Jeter, for around $75,000-a-month.

The Yankees iconic shortstop then sold the mansion in 2021, making a staggering $22.5 million from a legal trust.

He is thought to have bought it in 2017.

The custom English-style mansion has nine bathrooms, along with its seven bedrooms.

The Tom Brady domino effect

Tom Brady will take his seat in Fox’s top NFL announce team alongside Kevin Burkhardt.

And his arrival at the network has set off a domino effect with every other announcer moving down one spot.

That means Fox’s NFL coverage in 2024 will feature entirely new broadcast pairings.

Greg Olsen, who previously worked alongside Burkhardt, will now be part of the No. 2 announce team with Joe Davis.

The other Fox pairings for 2024 are:

  • Adam Amin-Mark Sanchez
  • Kenny Albert-Jon Vilma
  • Kevin Kugler-Daryl Johnston
  • Chris Myers-Mark Schlereth

It also had an entertainment area, billiards room and other sections to amuse guests.

There is a swimming pool, that spans the whole way along the backyard, and a hot tub outside.

The dock is attached to the water, with two boat lifts to house a yacht.

Davis Island is a neighborhood sitting just off downtown Tampa.

And it just miles from Tropicana Field, which had its roofed ripped off by the hurricane.

The home of MLB team Tampa Bay Rays was near-destroyed, as it was housing first responders to the disaster.

Close by, the Raymond James Stadium, home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, lays underwater.

It is understood there are plans to have the mansion bulldozed in the coming months.

The new owners want to build a fresh property on the land, which has exclusive celebrity neighbors.

The plans for the Bahama Circle complex would scale it down to a six bedroom place.

It would have nine full baths and eleven half baths, a gym and swimming pool.

The home will also have 345ft of waterfront space, taking three years to complete.

It is understood an anonymous local family will move it when it’s finished.
