While Los Angeles is recovering from the devastating fires, some people are taking advantage of the chaos and looting homes in evacuation areas.

Criminals are going to the furthest extent to exploit affected areas during recovery efforts.

Over 100,000 people have been forced out of their homes, and looters are violating evacuation orders to break into those empty homes.

Dozens of arrests have already been made, including one alleged looter posing as a firefighter to burglarize homes.

With such threats affecting the areas surrounding the Los Angeles wildfires, high-profile celebrities are taking matters into their own hands.

Brady is among those who are paying to protect their homes.

Private security was spotted at Brady’s $20 million LA mansion while he is away for the NFL playoffs.

Brady recently completed renovations on his 14,000-square-foot estate.

The massive bachelor pad sits in the exclusive Los Angeles neighborhood of Brentwood, which is directly on the edge of the spread of the wildfires.

On Saturday, Brady was seen in New York City on the opposite side of the country as his mansion.

Even though he is so far away from his mansion, he couldn’t go check on it if he wanted to.

Portions of Brentwood sit within the mandatory evacuation zone while other parts are under a warning.

There is no telling if Brady will have time to return to California to check on his home within the next week, as he has a busy playoff schedule.

On Sunday, Brady broadcasted the Wild Card Weekend matchup between the Green Bay Packers and Philadelphia Eagles.

That game was played in Philadelphia, over 2,000 miles from Los Angeles.

Brady’s next game is the matchup between the Detroit Lions and Washington Commanders in the Divisional Round on Saturday, January 18.

That game is being played in Detroit, which is almost 2,000 miles away from LA.

After that, Fox owns the rights to the NFC Championship game on January 26.

The longest break Brady will have between games is from January 26 to February 9 between the NFC Championship game and the Super Bowl.

Hopefully, the NFL legend will have a home to go back to after the playoffs end, as the wildfires are continuing to rage closer into LA.
