BEFORE making it as an MMA fighter, Anthony Taylor was sleeping rough and stripping for money.
He now enjoys a lucrative career in influencer boxing — his next matchup is headlining Misfits 20 against Darren Till.

Anthony Taylor is a professional boxer.
He is also known as “Pretty Boy” on his social media accounts.
Anthony was born in Berkeley in the US, on June 23, 1989, and made his boxing debut in 2017.
Prior to switching to pugilism, Anthony was a pro MMA fighter.
He has a record of 7-5-0, meaning he won seven, lost three and drew none of his fights.
Before fighting in MMA, Anthony earned money from taking his clothes off.
He told SunSport: “I was a stripper, I had nothing.
“I wasn’t doing nothing with my life, I was homeless, nowhere to go and I was stripping.
“I was just enjoying life as a bum who had no goals, nothing.”
But by 2021, he getting very well paid working as sparring partner for YouTuber and celebrity boxer Jake Paul.
He told Betway Insider: “I’m getting paid more money as Jake’s training partner in two months than I made in my whole entire MMA career in six years.
“I swear to god, I made more money with Jake in two months than my whole MMA career.”

Anthony has had six pro fights as of January 2025 and has a record of 3-3-0, meaning he has won three, lost three and drawn none
He lost his debut fight against Donte Stubbs and was also defeated by Tommy Fury in 2021.
Anthony then got two wins under his belt against Juan Manuel Rodriguez Chavez and Jose Camargo Cabanez, before another loss to Chris Avila in December 2021.
In August 2024, three years after his previous pro bout, he was back to winning ways with victory over Eric Ericsson.
Anthony has also been active in the world of influencer boxing.
He lost to Idris Virgo in an exhibition bout at Misfits series 004 in January 2023.
He fought against TikTok influencer Salt Papi as part of the Misfit Boxing MF & DAZN X Series 7 on Saturday, May 13, 2023.

And he wasn’t wrong, finishing up on the right side of a unanimous decision.
He went on to win his next two, defeating King Kenny at Misfits 10 and Gabriel Silva at Misfits 17.
Is Anthony Taylor married and does he have children?
Yes, Anthony is not married, but details about the wedding haven’t been reported.
The only indication of their union is and Instagram post dated August 17, 2024, with a picture of his wife along with the caption: “My queen my beautiful wife! @msljaydee.”

Darren Till v Anthony Taylor is the main event a Misfits Boxing 20 after Tommy Fury decision to pulled out of his bout with the former UFC fighter.
The showdown is scheduled for Saturday, January 18, 2025, at Co-op Live, Manchester, with the undercard kicking off at 7pm GMT (2pm ET).
Fury released a statement on Instagram explaining: “I can’t believe I’m writing this but I am now not fighting Darren Till on January 18th 2025.
“For the one simple reason being that Darren has stated over and over that he does not want to abide by professional boxing rules and that if he is losing the fight he will resort to kicking and other stupid MMA tactics.
“I am a professional boxer, I have been out of the ring for over a year and I wanted this to be a great BOXING fight for the fans.
“I have wasted weeks in training camp. We are working hard to get a new opponent and date.
“I promise to get a better opponent and better fight for you guys.
“Good news around the corner.”
