THERE is a new Bachelor on the block looking for love in the 29th season of the hit reality show.
Grant Ellis shot to fame on Jenn Tran’s season of The Bachelorette in 2024, and now he is back for more. Here’s Grant’s story so far.

Grant Ellis was born on December 15, 1993 in Newark, New Jersey.
Now living in Houston, Texas, he is a day trader and reality star.
Since his rise to fame, Grant has amassed a huge following on Instagram.
As of December 2024, he has a whopping 80K followers.

In 2024, Grant shot to fame when he appeared on Jenn Tran‘s season of The Bachelorette
Out of the 32 hopefuls, he made it to the final six men competing for her heart.
Unfortunately for him, he was sent packing after not receiving a rose one week before the hometown dates.
Following his exit from the show, Grant tearfully said: “I poured everything out and it wasn’t good enough.
“It just sucks knowing that you feel some way about somebody, and they don’t feel the same about you.”
Becoming the next Bachelor
The Bachelor season 29 starts on ABC in January 2025.
When the show kicks off, Grant will be meeting 32 women at the famous Bachelor mansion in Agoura Hills, California.
Host Jesse Palmer announced him as the next Bachelor during The Bachelorette season 28 finale.
Sharing the news, ABC said: “After an emotional exit, Grant Ellis’ journey to find love will continue as he takes on the role of leading man for the upcoming 29th season of The Bachelor.
“The adventurous day trader, who captured the hearts of Bachelor Nation with his genuine desire to build a future centered around family on Jenn’s season of The Bachelorette, will be handing out roses when his season premieres next year on ABC.”

While Grant penned a love note to his “future wife” on Instagram.
He wrote: “As you can see, All smiles on this side …
“To my future wife, whoever you are … I can’t wait to meet you , my first gift to you is something I wrote.
“Life is crazy and unpredictable, but so is love.
Grant was popular on The Bachelorette[/caption]
“Life can be scary and at times hard, but so is love.
“Life can be a fight and to live is a choice, but so is love.
“I guess what I’m trying to say is …you can’t have one without the other.
“So live to the fullest and love to the fullest.”
Grant follows in the footsteps of Joey Graziadei, who was the 2024 Bachelor.
